Today SA afternoon A hinge on my 25 year old garage door broke making it inoperatable. Searching the WEB took me to Precision , the only repair company open. Icalled at 2pm and was given 6-8 window this evening . At about 3 I got a call that the tech (ROB) was ahead of schedule and close by and wold be here i 20min!!! Rob inspected the whole door replaced the broken hinge and 4 other that were cracking . He finshed in about 40 minwalked me thru his work . at a cost of a little over $200. I though it wasVery reasonable For a fast fix on a saturday afternoon by a very friendly and efficient workman . Thank you Rob!!!

Austin arrived on time, after receiving an automated confirmation of his imminent arrival and one from Austin himself. He proceeded to check on the overall door system stability and made recommendations. He provided options for the repair (replace a broken spring) and a quote before he commenced. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Austin was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. 5 stars.
