Alex was able to give me a quote during a visit the same day I scheduled on the website. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional, and each of the offerrings are preloaded on his truck. I did receive another quote from a competitor, who had no examples and was much less friendly and helpful. This purchase was unexpected so I really appreciate the professionalism of Precision.

After reading manuals and watching YouTube videos, I still couldn't get the garage door transmitter in our new car to talk with our 25-year-old operator. Royal arrived at the agreed-to time and performed his magic to make it work, using techniques that aren't in the manuals! He also inspected and lubed the door and operator. Well done!

On Saturday 03/24/24 about 10 am the electrical connection to the garage door & opener was broken. I called Precision Garage Door Service. I was greeted by a friendly voice who asked some questions & advised me that someone could be out that same day between 2 & 5 pm to see what could be done. She advised the person would be Joey H. At about 1 pm Joey H called to see if he could come earlier than 2 pm since he had finished his previous job. He got to my home about 1:30 pm. My garage equipment was 37 years old He looked at all of my equipment. Then we sat down to talk about what I wanted him to do. He offered to try to use some of the old equipment. However, I felt that would not be this best use of his time or my money. Plus I got a senior discount. He installed all new equipment & wiring. At no extra cost, he also took all the old equipment & cleaned up the garage. The door moves sooo quietly. It was a fantastic positive experience. I am very happy with my new garage door opener and all the equipment that goes with it. It all started with the person who picked up the phone & Joey H who did the work. ????

My Garage door wasn’t opening correctly so I called Precision and they dispatched a technician who arrived exactly within the time period that was quoted. When Scott D. arrived he thoroughly inspected my garage door and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Scott went above & beyond in explaining what was going on with my system and gave me options on what could/would happen with all of the scenarios. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and allowed me to do what made the best sense (physically & financially) to fix the immediate issue. Scott was very meticulous in his workmanship and got me back to ‘normal’ within 30 minutes.

I have to say I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door! I called this morning at around 4:00am because I was unable to get my garage door to open up. I was stuck!! I was unable to go to work. The rep over the phone was extremely helpful and got me a same appointment. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to make an appointment. The 2 hour time window was very convenient while waiting for the technician and they showed up on time. We had a spring break on our garage door Saturday night late. Our daughter recommended that we call Precision. Called on Sunday about 4pm and it was fixed by 1:30pm Monday. Can't bet that for fast repair. We were very pleased with Ryan our tech. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of his work.
