Eric showed up on time. I explained the problem. He said, give me a moment to look it over. 30 seconds later he had diagnosed my problem. He told me what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me why the garage door was not operating properly. My wife asked when will they be able to fix the garage, thinking we would need to schedule for another day. I told her, Eric is almost done, which she was thrilled with. Eric is a true professional, and I could not be more pleased.

After discovering late Sunday afternoon that the spring on my door was broken, I spoke with a live person on Sunday night and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. Joey arrived on time, obviously loving his work. Great communicator, efficient, and professional. He fixed my spring and replaced the rollers in less than an hour, for a great price!
