I contacted Precision after we had a package delivery driver strike our door with their vehicle. I see the Precision Door Service commercials on TV all the time, and they are located close to my house. Elliot S was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he offered a range of options to help with our issue. We chose to do minor repairs now to fix the door seal while awaiting a response from the other party on the actual damage to the door. Elliot did a great job on the seal as well as tuning up our door to make it run smoothly and quietly.

For over a year, my garage door would go up but not always go down. I never knew what it was going to do! I kept putting off having someone come out to look at it as it frightened me to think how expensive the repairs would be --- like it would get cheaper the longer I waited or it would mysteriously start working correctly!! I had been seeing Precision's commercials quite a bit. I read their 5 star reviews and decided to go for it. Today Tony D., a Precision technician, came to my home and thoroughly inspected everything and quickly determined what needed to be done. I anticipated what I thought he would say so there was no surprise with the repairs. However, I was surprised that Tony was able to keep the expense within my budget. He did an awesome job in getting it to work properly in no time at all. I had no idea just how loud it was until suddenly it ran so smoothly and quietly with a few replacement parts. I highly recommend Precision, and Tony D., for all your garage door problems.

Clayton was service tech who came to my home. I found him to be qualified, hard working and very polite. Neighbors gave me a referral. Off to sketchy start when I picked an appointment time your scheduling offered 4-7 on Tuesday. Then rec’d a call at 5:10 advising they would not be able to keep appt., so I opted for 8-9 this morning and got a call that I could expect them at 9:15. So that window not met either, I did find the total cost of $1733 costly but I did not compared shop this job which I typically do for any expenditures over $1000.

The service technician Mark W called to let us know he was on the way and gave us his ETA. When he arrived, he reviewed the problem of the broken spring, and also pointed out that a hinge was broken and a door strut was bent. He gave me a repair estimate, which I approved, and made the required repairs. He also made an adjustment to a 2nd door at no cost to us. I highly recommend Precision for their fast and competitively priced service.

He explained the issues clearly and did a fantastic job repairing everything for us, and cleaned up the work area nicely. It's so nice to have everything up-to-date and worry-free now. The technician did a great job explaining what he was doing and what might have been the problem with the garage door. Since my garage door was under warranty, I just paid the $88 for a tune up. I saw on my invoice an energy surcharge of $23. If I wasn't under warranty, I would have question why I would have to pay that.

The spring broke on our garage door. Austin and Clayton showed up and saved the day. In addition to fixing that garage door, they replaced 2 other openers that had been clunking away and really slow. They also installed a new key pad and programmed our vehicles. They are knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

Joel, You guys were the first local company that came up when I looked. Always try to deal with local folk. The guys who came were knowledgeable, sorted the problem quickly and set about fixing it quickly. I am more than pleased with the repair, and this door did not work this quietly or this well when it was installed 25 years ago after a garage fire. More than pleased indeed. During his PM of the door after getting it repaired Austin found a pair of bearings on the cross shaft for the cables and springs that were going away, called them to my attention, so I had him replace them as well. More than pleased.

The technician, Nick Z, was very cordial,friendly, professional, and sincerely interested in making sure that I was fully informed of what was going on. My family has been going through a very rough time that necessitated careful financial considerations and I felt that he went above and beyond to help us out the best he could. We were 100% satisfied (and delighted) by the end result, and would highly recommend them.
