He picked up the broken parts & left the work area clean afterwards. Courtesy wearing shoe covers when needed to walk/access the house. Highly recommended. We are very pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. We found PGD from their website when we were planning to replace our aging garage doors. We used the online selection tool to narrow down our selection. My wife then contacted your office and the phone was answered promptly by a real person--rather than complicated answering machine. Once we were close to a decision a sales person came out to measure and quote our installation. We had a written quote later the same day. We had some questions about some of the panel and glass options. We were able to see the various options in your showroom where we selected the options that worked the best for our installation. We placed our order and had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive. Once they arrived the installation was scheduled and the installation occurred on the day it was promised. Our new doors work so much better than the ones we replaced. All of the people we interacted with at Precision Garge Door were knowledgable, friendly and very professional. Marquis was very good! He explained everything to me. He showed the parts and explained which were critical to get addressed soon. He also showed me other parts and estimated how much life they may still have. There was zero pressure to do anything. But, we went with the full repair (springs, rollers, cables, and more). It all works beautifully now. With incoming weather we are so thankful that this has all been improved.

Joel So far there has been a 5 star due to communication. Anthony came out and measured, took pictures and gave us a reasonable quote, which we accepted. We then had an inside person call and set up a meeting with the installers to make sure they were going to order the correct material. All in all it has very impressive how things are being handled. Now when the work is completed I would like to again send a review, which I'm sure will be much like the review I have given. Can't wait for the project to be completed. Thank you Larry

Dakota T showed up right when he said he would. Called prior to appointment and let me know when to expect him. Super nice guy and very personable. Turns out I needed an entire new opener because my motor was fried on my 25 year old unit. Dakota went through my options and explained exactly what was happening. I did not enjoy having to spend the money to replace the entire unit but that is what it was calling for. He had it installed quickly and went through it all with me and helped get the wi-fi system set up also. Very patient and thorough especially given the fact it was about 15 degrees outside. I have to say my door is uber quiet now and opens very calmly unlike my old unit which seemed to jerk the door. Dakota did a terrific job and everything looks great.

We had used Precision garage door service a few years ago. So when we had a spring break on our garage door we called them again. Eric M. was the technician that came to see us. He was on time and listened as we explained the problem we were having. After looking over our garage door and opener he explained clearly what was needed. After we approved the work to be done, he started the job right away. After the parts were replaced (springs, rollers, and cables) he gave us a summary of the overall job.
