I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service in Indianapolis. They replaced my broken torsion springs that were still under warranty and also replaced the winding bar, safety cables, and all associated hardware. The technician thoroughly lubricated the garage door and properly adjusted the opener to the correct opening and closing settings. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything operates smoother and quieter than before. Drew, the service technician, was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The technician (Joey H) called to say he was on the way to our house. He arrived on time, as promised. He quickly resolved the problem of our automobile remotes not working. Precision had installed a new double garage door for me at the beginning of 2023 but Precision had installed the double garage door for me at the beginning of 2023 but I keep the old Genie opener that was 18 years old at that time. So it finally wore out and I decided to have a new door opener installed by Precision. I'm so glad I did because Orlando the technician who did the work did such a terrific job. Our vehicles were "trapped" in our garage when a spring broke on Saturday. I remembered the Precision Garage Door Service commercials along with getting two neighbors' referrals. Teddy was available on Memorial Day and fixed the problem. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer. We highly recommend your services. Your customer service was very polite and prompt. They scheduled us right away for the next day early. We got a call and we're told the technician would be coming out in about hour. He then called when he was 5 to 10 minutes away. He came in very professionally and assessed our door and problem. Went over all our options and was very clear on the cost and what needed to be done asap. It was very helpful. When we decided what job we would go with, he got to work right away. Kalu was super helpful and forthright about the repairs that were needed and what it would cost. I wasn’t sold extra parts or some additional subscription service plan. Andrew was helpful and professional. He patiently responded to my multiple questions. This was a huge expense for me but I realized it was also a necessary expense. Additionally, I appreciated that he kept me informed of the amount of time for each step of the way (ie. assessing the condition of the old opener, installation of the new opener and other parts). I was very impressed by Andrew and would highly recommend him to others.

The service technician, Vladimir, was on time, polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He showed me what was causing the problems, explained what my options were and also provided options to upgrade my door. He installed 2 new springs in place of the old one, a new steel rod, 2 new hinges to replace cracked ones, and 2 new, heavier duty, pulleys and cables. We will definitely use Precision again.
