Had work done to repair a large garage door in our warehouse area. Our technician Jeff did a fantastic job. He was thorough, professional and courteous. I have used Precision in the past and have been happy with their service. The technician, Elliot, who came to service my garage door this time was courteous, personable, and competent. He described the reason my door was not working, discussed the condition of the rest of the door, told me what would absolutely have to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn out and should be replaced. He gave me a clear understanding of the costs and helped me decide the best way to repair my door and stay within my budget. He even repaired two smaller issues I was having with the light and outside panel that I couldn't resolve myself. He left the work area clean and neat and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before he left. I am impressed with the quality of the work and the people and would recommend Precision to anyone.

My dad is the one that bought the garage door and watched him install the whole thing. . My dad was so impressed with this young man. My dads has told me twice about how he never backed tract on anything he done and if he (my dad) was hiring this guy would definitely have a job. He will have another garage door install after it gets warm. Takes a lot to impress an 80 year old man that was once a supervisor but this guy really did. Thank you for such great service. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with this company. From start to finish it was overall a great service - from the phone call with the scheduler to having the technician complete the job. Austin was fantastic. I know nothing about garage doors to say the least but know I know some thanks to him. He explained what he was doing through the whole process very thoroughly. It was a pleasure working with him. Tony D. was my installer. He was very professional and courteous. He did his inspection of my garage door opener and explained everything to me. Also explained the other parts of the whole garage door parts. So I got a New Genie installed after he explained the different garage door opener. Very happy with everything. I chose your company based on reviews online. I thought your truck charge was reasonable. I had an unexpected inability to get home to meet him and only spoke with him over the phone. We had already researched our problems so I wasn't surprised at what he suggested and was very pleased that he didn't try to oversell us on anything that was working well, and gave us an idea of how long they expect the various components to last. Stuart was phenomenal—just a super nice guy and easy to work with. We had a spring break on a Sunday morning, and I never expected anyone to be open to help us. The online portal was easy to book, and Stuart was right on time at 4 pm. He had all the parts to fix our spring. My experience with Precision was great from the very beginning. I called on a Saturday morning, with bad weather predicted, and Crystal who was very friendly and a good listener, assured me they could take care of my problem. Brandon, the technician arrived early afternoon, calling me when he was on his way. I had also received a text about Brandon’s background. He was the best. I would give him 5+ stars. I was given 3 options with cost estimates. At the end I was very satisfied with the selection I chose. He was very patient when walking me through the Aladdin Genie app which I really appreciated. He was very thorough and good with the explanations. He even shoveled my snow and left the garage in good order. If I ever have garage door issues I will be calling Precision and requesting Brandon.

I knew that I had emergency to get my door fixed because I had to go to the hospital to get another procedure for my cancer treatment and you guys helped me get the service completed.
