My service tech was Elliot, someone that installed opener and springs a year ago, i called to get a service done. He was on time that was given to me. Also, he took his time and went over everything in detail and made some adjustments. Elliot was very professional and friendly, explained everything he did in detail. Any work i have done with Garage doors will be through Precision.

Had an opener malfunction after a storm recently. Outside keypad stopped working and I thought I could fix it but made things worse. Teddy, the tech, showed up on time and listened to my dilemma, no judgement , and proceeded to correct the problem. It seems that several power interruptions made things go askew. He corrected the problem, tested everything to ensure it was working correctly, lubed and adjusted the door.

We recently had our garage doors inspected and and adjusted with Precision Garage door Services. Nick was our technician, and Bryant was his assistant. Nick is very knowledgeable about garage doors and very helpful with providing me with excellent information and advice about our doors. Nick took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We will need some repair work on our springs and other hardware soon, and I intend on asking for Nick specifically. Employees like Nick are the reason this company is so highly rated.
