My service guy, Kevin U., was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He made me aware of the things my garage door system needed, but didn't push me or try to "hard sell" me. I appreciated that very much.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service, and every aspect from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Same day service and Kevin’s expertise were outstanding. The original door opener failed as I suspected after 9 years. Kevin inspected the system, explained everything to me, including options available. There was absolutely no ‘sales pitch’, only valid information needed to make a decision on a new unit. Kevin took time to ask relevant questions and understand the overall situation: how many times a day the door is used, the number of cars, etc. His interest in installing a door opener that fit my lifestyle was impressive. Once I chose a new unit, he expertly installed everything in a reasonable timeframe. Afterwards, Kevin reviewed the features of this unit, operation and safety aspects. He also made sure that the app was downloaded on my phone and that I was confident using it. This was not a rush job/installation. Kevin is thorough and a skilled technician which I greatly appreciate. He’s professional, friendly and an outstanding representative of your company. I had an issue beginning at 0400 in the morning… my garage door began opening and closing. Upon looking to see if I might’ve rolled over onto the garage door opener, I realized it wasn’t in the bed. Upon searching for it, it wasn’t in the house. I had to have dropped it outside while carrying groceries from my daughter’s vehicle into the house… someone has my garage door opener. I remained prayerful, yet calm despite the tears. What do I do (after ensuring the alarm was on and locking the door from the garage)? I went to Google. There was Precision, 24 hours. Kevin called before he came out. He was personable and very funny. Kevin kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. He gave me options for repair. Tech came out and did an honest assessment and gave me options. When the cost of the motor was higher than I could afford, they do allow me to purchase my own unit and install it for me, which this tech did. He did a great job, the garage door looks and sounds brand new to us.

I used Precision Garage Door at my previous residence to install new garage doors. I was impressed with the service I received then so didn't hesitate to contact them when I had problems with my current residence. Cole was the technician who arrived to troubleshoot the problems with my garage door opener. He arrived earlier than expected (after I was asked if that was ok to do), which was refreshing as most companies arrive at the end of the 2 hour appointment window. Cole was both personal and professional and found the issue & repaired it quickly.

He clearly explained everything, completed the repairs efficiently, and took the time to walk me through the new garage door system. He even helped me program both the outside keypad entry and my car’s garage button before leaving, so I’m completely set! I had great experience with precision garage doors. Our technician Isaac showed up on time and very knowledgeable. I had broken spring and some other issues, he did good job replacing springs and garage door opener. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work.
