Ty came to my house today to replace a broken door spring and give the door mechanism a tune-up. I was very impressed by Ty in both his professionalism and general demeanor. I initially had a broken spring on my 35 year old garage door. The door/parts were noisy and clunky opening/closing. Eric G. got right to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, detail and quality of work. He explained everything and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Yes, my service call was for a broken spring, but Eric showed me rollers, cables, bearings that were on the verge of breaking (I got 35 years out of them). Of the 5 garage door companies I called, I have thankful I went with Precision as my garage door is extremely quiet and smooth operating now. Eric and Precision did an outstanding job, well done!

Great experience using Precision! I was referred to them by a neighbor. The technician, Colin, arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He was very courteous and friendly. After examining the door, he explained to me and showed me the problems and what needed to be fixed. He also told me what the cost would be and offered possible alternatives for some items. He repaired the door in time for me to get to an appointment, and the door is actually working better than ever before! Colin was very pleasant and fun to talk with. He made an unfortunate situation into a good experience!

I asked Precision Garage Service to replace the weather seal around both of our garage doors as it had faded a few years ago. Our garage doors were purchased at Precision in 2018 and included a warranty that didn't cover the weather seal for more than one year. After discussing the issue with Jessica, Precision offered to replace the weather seal for a very reasonable price which included the materials and labor. The installer was knowledgeable and did a good job. I was pleased to know that Precision was able to get this job done for us and I would recommend them to anyone.

Upon returning from vacation, we discovered that our garage door would not open. It was approximately 7:00 PM, and through a referral, we contacted Precision Garage Door, which was open until 7:30 PM. To my surprise, the customer service representative was exceptionally friendly and scheduled an appointment for us first thing the next morning. We received a text informing us that our technician, Kevin, was en route and he subsequently called to confirm. Kevin was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and he did not apply any pressure during our conversation. He presented us with various repair options, categorized as low-end, mid-range, and high-end. He identified that the cables had snapped and the springs had broken. At no point did we feel coerced into selecting one package over another. In fact, he mentioned a less expensive $700 repair option, cautioning that it would require a follow-up visit due to the motor functioning inefficiently and the board beginning to overheat. After considerable discussion, we opted for the complete package, which included everything along with a new opener featuring a camera and remote functionality. Initially, we had anticipated a cost of just a few hundred dollars, but we ultimately spent $3,687.73 and could not be more satisfied with our decision. Not only did Kevin complete the work in less time than estimated, but he also cleaned my garage floor more thoroughly than it was upon his arrival. He took the time to explain everything and assisted me in setting up the related applications, guiding me through the entire process. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and specifically suggest Kevin as your technician. His performance far exceeded our expectations, and he certainly deserves recognition for his exemplary service. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs or a comprehensive garage door solution. While they may not be the most economical option available, their quality of service and warranty make the extra cost justifiable. The efficiency of their service is commendable.
