My technician was Elliot. He was amazing. He got there right on time. Give me notice ahead of time. Let me explain the issues that I’ve been having and he got right to work every step of the way he explained to me what he needed to do and my options my door sensors were not connecting, and he rewired everything and now that works perfect plus with a little tuneup. When I first bought my house 16 years ago, I first called precision to fix my door then and they’re the only people I use.

My garage door drum cable got tangled while raising, so I was in a mess. The door would not pull back down, and I certainly didn’t want to leave the door up overnight. Precision was very understanding with my situation. They worked with me to get a technician out the same day. Tony D was very professional and customer friendly. He got the repair done quickly, also adding a new lock and weather strip within 45 minutes. Would certainly use this company again!!

I noticed a funny sound as my garage door was opening so I called Precision since they had installed them. I received a prompt response and an appointment was scheduled within 2 days. These guys are great! Their service was prompt and they told me exactly what was wrong with my current door in a way that I could understand it. They not only described in detail how my previous door had been installed incorrectly ( had trouble with the door opening and closing properly for over a year even with the previous door company coming out multiple times )but also what I needed to do to fix it at a fair price. I would and will use these guys again.

Technicians Drew and Leo were on time and extremely professional introductions were made. Drew assessed the areas of concern and explained the options that were available. I chose to select alternatives that were suitable and mentioned previously by Drew. Drew assured me he had the equipment on hand and went to work on the repairs. I observed him take apart the faulty equipment and replace it, along with other selected parts. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable in his skill set. We had a new garage door installed in December 2024 by Precision. The installers were great. Today, one of their technicians, Cole, came and reattached a part of the trim and adjusted the garage door opener. Cole came early, talked me through everything he was doing, and had everything finished in 30 minutes. He was great. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone.

We had a sudden broken spring. Kalu came the same day, assessed the issue, explained what parts would be necessary, gave us options to choose from and repaired the door within a couple of hours. I had new garage doors installed last year by Garage Doors of Indy. They weren't working real well, so I called Precision Garage door. They came out and said they weren't adjusted right. They are working much better now.

We are extremely happy with the service that Precision Garage Door Service provided during their visit to our home. Our garage door was causing us a headache and Precision knew exactly what to do to fix our problem. I can't recommend Precision enough and am thankful that a friend referred them to us. Colin K. is a great technician! He was a good communicator, timely and efficient, and helped us fully understand what was going on with our garage door springs. I trust that we won't need to call Precision back out anytime soon, but if we had to, I feel confident that they would take care of us, and we would welcome Colin back anytime!

Drew & Marcus arrived on time and listened attentively to my concerns. They did a thorough examination of my door, motor, and all mechanical parts. Drew explained the options for repair and replacement of parts, with appropriate costs, that would make my 17-year-old door operational, efficient and reliable. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave an accurate assessment of time to complete. After the work was finished, Drew carefully went through a checklist of their work, how to register my new motor, and provided a detailed invoice.

Overall you did not solve the problem. I had someone come out 3 times. I will be installing a new opener and hopefully it will work. But I think you were stringing me along to buy a new garage door opener. I probably will not be using you in the future. I am still having trouble with the garage door closing. I just hope I can get it closed each time before the new opener is installed. And I don’t understand why some people in this neighbor hood have never replaced their openers and we have 3 times!!!
