Wow! When the spring on our garage door broke I called Precision and they were here within an hour. They had originally installed the doors 8 years ago and did great work. Vlad did a great job diagnosing the issue, providing a quote and getting the repairs made quickly (and in freezing cold weather!). We truly appreciate the super fast service. Would definitely use again.

This review is given by an industrial journeyman electrician of over 40 years and a DYI'er most of my life. I don't give 5 stars to contractors of any sort. They are a business and the first order of business is the bottom line. Customer interest is second. After numerous attempts on my part to get the opener to program, I gave up and found Precision on google maps close by me. They're 5 star ratings convinced me to call. Long story short: I'm happy with the outcome tho it came at sticker shock cost. Suggestion: explain to the customer what was done to solve/fix the problem.

Elliot provided service and needed to replace a part. He was extremely professional and personable. I appreciate he didn’t try to replace parts that were not needed. He made sure everything worked as it should before leaving. I would appreciate his service if I needed help again.

Today's experience with Issac was outstanding. He explained exactly what we needed to get our garage door back to good condition, including which parts beyond springs needed to be replaced for the best operation. Once we agreed on the proper course, he was able to get the repairs done quickly. Issac was very personable and I think he should get an immediate raise.

The serviceman explained what the issues were with my old system and how the newer system from Precision would serve my needs. I had a problem with my garage door late on Thursday evening (Nov 21). I called first thing Friday morning and was given an appointment for the same day. Matt came to my home and diagnosed the problem. He did not push me to buy a new opener. He explained the problem and we discussed the problem in the context of my opener being 24 years old. I did purchase a new opener. He had it on the truck and spent 2.5 hours installing it, new sensors, and a new wall mount control. He programmed the remote and tried to program my car’s integrated garage door opening feature but unfortunately the opener and vehicle remote did not synchronize. He was professional and very personable. I will use Precision again for sure. Prices were reasonable.

WE'VE HAD CONSIDERABLE WORK DONE ON OUR ALMOST 50-YEAR-OLD HOME INTHE PAST 6 YEARS AND PRECISION IS ONE OF ONLY 3 I CAN GIVE 5 STARS. THEY INSTALLED THE DOOR 3 OR SO YEARS AGO AND HAVE PERFORMED ROUTINE MAINTENACE SINCE THEN. THE BATTERY IN THE OPENER (WHICH IS OLDER AND NOT INSTALLED BY PRECISION) STARTED BEEPING. MIKE F. QUICKLY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND REPLACED THE DEAD BATTERY--NO MORE BEEP-BEEP-BEEP!

I called for a tune up appt and they were able to give me an appt same day! Orlando arrived promptly, examined the equipment and offered recommendations for needed replacement of original builder quality parts. He gave me three options so I could find the solution that would best suit my needs and budget. Once the decision was made, he installed the new equipment and adjusted remaining equipment for smooth and quiet operation . So happy with the results and with Orlando!

Other than a broken spring back in 2013, our garage door opener was not a problem for 20 years until a couple days ago. At that time there appeared to be a sensor problem. Cole P arrived very early in the appointment window. He was friendly and personable and spent about 20min assessing our whole system. He showed me the control board showing significant wear and we decided to replace the opener, sensors and springs after fully reviewing our options. Work was done efficiently and we now have peace of mind as we enter the winter.
