Great I had my door rebuilt the original install lasted 5 years every thing fell apart. Now every thing is fixed new cables coil springs rollers for the door.The door works better than it ever has before. Even 7 years warranty on parts .I am happy my wife is really happy I am glad I contacted this company I will pass it on who to do business with great job..

Precision Garage Door just completed a repair on our two car garage door and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the work they did at a fair price. We had an “accident” on a Thursday eve when my wife was pulling into the garage and hit the remote control a few doors away from our home…….normally not a problem…….except I was backing out of the garage at the same time! CRUNCH! I called Precision at 7:00 PM and not only did someone answer they were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning! Excellent product and customer service. I received a whole new setup except the door itself last year. My technician Kevin had quite a job correcting a 20+year old unit and he did amazing. Started having an issue with the keypad recently and they set up appt for next day. The technician Ben was very pleasant and helpful getting it resolved and showed me what to do if it happens again. My day started off with my neighbor texting me that my garage door had been open for about an hour. I closed it. Then; while I was having lunch; it opened again. I reached out to Precision Garage Door around 12:30 PM and was able to obtain a service appointment for 2:00 PM. Around 1:30 PM the service technician assigned to me (Elliot S) called to confirm my availability and his ETA. He got to my home right on time and; after listening to my explaining the events of my 'ghost' garage door openings; started to investigate. He then approached me with two estimates outlining the work he proposed. I selected the complete replacement option and have not regretted my decision. After installation he walked me through the proper operation of everything and even re-programmed the Homelink system in my car. I was very impressed with both the equipment installed but also with the dedication of Elliot. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I needed garage door repair on a home we recently moved into. I chose Precision due to their reviews. I was able to schedule same day. The technician was excellent and gave me all my options.
