Drew T did a great job installing a new garage door opener, fixing the seal on the garage door, installing a new key pad and fixing my other issues. He went above and beyond to help make sure my questions were answered and even on football Sunday!! I have had this company out 3 times in the past and they do a great job. I recommend them to friends all the time.

Kevin was extremely thorough while inspecting my garage door and informed me of issues that another company failed to notify me about. He installed new weather stripping on the bottom of my door and was very creative in fixing a gap due to uneven concrete. The new seal fits perfectly and is air tight. I'm very pleased and impressed with the service I received today.

Eric was fantastic! He fixed the issues we were having with our garage door closing properly. He quickly found there was a wiring issue and got it repaired. He also replaced the old rubber seal at the bottom of the door. We have used a large national company in the past and was not impressed with their service and prices. We wanted to try a smaller, local company this time and we are so glad we did!! Eric was great to work with and we enjoyed talking to him as well. We will use Precision Garage Door for any future services.

Same day service garage door spring broken. Colin came on time and was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave our garage door a detailed look over to see if anything out of the ordinary caused the spring to break. He answered all my questions on garage door maintenance and gave me options for bearings and springs since we were using the garage door frequently. He did a wonderful job.

I saw some positive reviews on Nextdoor by neighbors. I have had two horrible experiences. It was your technician Josh B who easily recognized what the problem was and quickly fixed the issue for a fair price. I will now have to have him back to do the same to our other two garage doors, they are heavy wood.

What a terrific experience. Our cars trapped in our garage at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm it's all repaired. Eric is the type of professional that any customer would be happy to have visit their home. He was friendly, pleasant and efficient. He clearly explained the repair and the costs. The choice to use your company was a result of Google and location but we are certainly glad we made the call. This company has great communications, outstanding response time and great service technicians. I contacted with the chat online and had a service tech within an hour installing our opener. If you want the job done right please give them a call. Our technician was Kevin who was very professional and knowledgeable.
