angie's list roller replacement and checkup special deal $89. Did it for 2 doors. Mike was very informative, courteous and explained the state of my 10 year old garage doors and what to possibly expect in the future. He referred to costs that might be incurred should I choose to replace parts or for when I might have an issue.

Nick was great, I'm thrilled with how fast they came out. The spring broke with our garage door. He quickly fixed the issue and did a really great job cleaning up after himself. He explained everything that he was going to do, received my approval and then fixed the door. He even fixed the door so it is quiet, which is amazing. I highly recommend the company.

Came out to service and adjust my garage door after I noticed a potential problem. The adjustment was made and the tech, Vladamir, noticed something else and asked about it. It could have been a big deal but he took care of that and checked everything else, included a lube job to be sure all was in top shape. Fast, efficient, courteous, and pleasant tech. wish I would have called you to begin with called some other company and was lied to about pricing when they got here I was gone my wife was home and they tried to tell her a different price I guess they thought she would not call me to see what the price I was told made them leave and I will never recommend them to anyone as far as I'm concerned they are liars and thieves thank you precision

Justin called before arriving to let us know his exact ETA, got the door installed in under 2 hours (and so quietly! Could hardly tell he was here!), explained everything he had done, and verified everything was working with me multiple times before leaving. Our entire experience from Nick getting things functional and helping me pick a door to Justin installing the new door was exceptional. They don't force sell you things you don't need and answer every question honestly. Would absolutely recommend Precision to any of my family and friends.

Our garage door was difficult to open and close, due to a broken spring and broken bracket. I responded to a magazine ad for Precision, and was thankful that Mandy answered the phone, instead of getting an answering machine. She offered me an appointment that same day! Nick arrived and thoroughly inspected the door and showed me exactly where the problem areas were. He presented a couple of different options, and I chose to have the "overhaul" package. Nick's quote was very good, so he repaired the door, and had all of the parts that he needed on his truck (no waiting for parts to be ordered!) I also asked him to check our second garage door, as I thought it might have some of the same problems as the first one. It did, so I purchased the "overhaul" package for that door as well. Nick was great to work with! If you're having trouble with your garage door, and are looking for fantastic customer service, and excellent quality work at a very reasonable price, please call Precision! You won't be disappointed!
