Kevin came out to do a check-up on our double garage door and put in a new bottom gasket. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Our torsion spring broke and needed repaired. Precision sent out Mike to our house the next day. He was very friendly and informative. He gave us a few options on how to make the repairs he was about to make last longer. The door was near 15+ years old and needed some servicing since many parts were starting to look a little rough. He worked quickly to get the job done and was very helpful on instructing us on proper garage door maintenance.

I had read all the reviews online regarding Precision and was very impressed. I was able to get an appointment the next day. We live in an older home which presented a few challenges, but Mike was awesome! He gave us several options which I really appreciated. Our new door and opener have not been installed yet but, I am sure the installation will go as well as the initial service call.

He explained what the issue was and was able to fix the problem quickly. I have used Precision before and I will continue using Precision for any other garage door issues. It is a great company.

$80 tune up but no info on what was completed. Was given a quote for future work but never saw on my invoice per my request. Next day get a coupon in the mail for an extensive tuneup explaining what it entails and roller repaits for $99. I was quoted as needing new rollers. Why was i not offered this? Saw several other companies with tune ups for $10-20 less and more explanation. All my invoice stated was service charge and fuel charge. Feel like I was taken advantage of and have called to express my concern but still waiting to talk to the main office.
Hi Mike, I apologize we let you down. Our technicians aren't permitted to offer coupon specials. The reason is coupons cost $$$ to get distributed and the offers are there to entice new customers to use our company. The offset in the loss is having the opportunity to have another long term customer. Kevin was our service man and did a great job. A cable broke but he said that there were other issues of which he took care of. He was not pushy and said he could get the door to work but that other items were worn. He gave us the price and we agreed to get the door in good working order.

Kevin was spectacular. Second time we have used Precision for a door rebuild (big door before, small door today). The parts are so much better than the original installed, the warranty is excellent, and the techs are great. Called on time, showed up on time, worked quickly and extremely cleanly. I was shocked when he proceeded to clean most of my garage floor upon completion. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door work.

I found your company on Home Advisor. I followed up by checking out your website and really liked that you had pictures of your employees so customers know who is arriving to do the work. I followed up with the Better Business Bureau and found Precision Door to be an accredited business with an A+ rating and an average of 5 start customer reviews. And it's no wonder! I called Saturday and the door opener was installed Monday! Great service...and Nick was professional, friendly, and did great work! The garage door opener is so quiet; I'm amazed and a very happy camper!! I would recommend this company to everyone I know!
