The cable broke. I didn't understand the mechanics of it. Andrew and Adam were very polite and courteous. They were prompt. Andrew's knowledge helped me to understand and make an informed decision as to the additional parts that could have contributed to the breakage. I understand now more about my how each parts play into the smooth operation of my garage door, and I would recommend them again. My husband was not present at the time of the repair. When he came home, I explained it the way Andrew did, and he said that Andrew knew more than the last garage door company that visited us last year. He too felt better about the repairs.
