Josh was great! He explained things and was very helpful to my Husband who is a real Jack of all trades . We have rentals and have used other garage door co. in the past. We were not very happy with the service or work ethics. Josh put in new bearings , cables and new springs. Showed up on time and worked right threw the job. My husband was very impressed and he is hard to please. I have many people call me for references all the time so if you think about it please send some cards for me to pass out. Like I said I have many rentals and I am always happy to pass along a good service provider. Thanks for making this happen so fast today. Eric was quite the professional. He phoned 10 or so minutes before arriving, and when he did arrive he presented himself very well. He was careful to inform me that as soon as the problem was diagnosed he would conference with me and explain my options and the prices. We had a new door opener and keypad installed. Afterward Eric called me out to the garage and operated everything in my presence, explaining as he went along. All in all I am very pleased with Eric's professionalism. As far as I am concerned he sets the standard for what I like to see in repair professionals.
