Eric came to repair an opener and did so. In his inspection of the door operation, he found several problems which he did fix with replacement parts, explaining his action as he went along. I asked him to inspect another door, which he did and corrected it also. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and with the efficiency he exhibited. He was very courteous and competent.

We chose Precision because you offered emergency service any time of the day or night, even on a holiday. It was about 10 pm when we heard the spring break on our garage door. This was the night before a holiday with a weekend to follow. All our vehicles were in the garage with no way to get them out. Your technician arrived early on the 4th of July to fix the door. He was very friendly and went about fixing the door ptofessionally. He even helped me move some things I had stored over the garage door. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends. Andrew was prompt and polite and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the circuit board in the motor unit and then helped us program the car remotes. He checked the doors and replaced a frayed cable under warranty. He also made sure we used all the coupons available. Precision is user-friendly and we will continue to call on them.
