They were able to come out within hours. Zeke was very kind and explained everything to us and gave us multiple options for the repair. He did all of the repairs right then and even tuned it all up. The door is running even better than when we had it first installed (by a different company). We can’t thank you guys enough. Definitely won’t call anyone other than Precision for our garage door going forward. You’ve gained a customer for life.

Our garage door needed several repairs and it was off the track. It was super easy to make an appointment on line. RJ showed up on time and was beyond professional. He explained what happened and gave my husband and I several options so we could chose the one that fit our budget and needs. RJ was absolutely amazing. The garage door goes up and down better than it ever did when he was finished!

Never dealt with a garage door company so well run. My first call for overhead door service was to the nearest company to my home that Google listed; it turned out to be Precision. I was blown away when the person I talked to said they could send someone over yet that day and it was like 6pm. The tech came out and replaced the 20 yr old motor in about an hour. Then a couple days later there's an add for Precision so I had them come out and replace a second motor. Further, I was impressed the way they followed up with text messages. Now when I need garage door service I don't need to call Google, just Precision.

Eric G came on time after calling ahead first. Upon arrival he evaluated our garage door and came up with options that was priced with different pricing and warranties. After we decided on the option we wanted, Eric proceeded with the task at hand. Afterwards he did a walkthrough and we were well pleased with what was done. We would highly recommend Eric for his friendly attitude as well as his knowledge and professionalism. 5 stars!

My technician, Eric, was great. Timely to the appointment and thorough in his explanation of the issues with my 13 year old door/opener. Gave me several options for repair/replacement (and the option not to repair/replace). Did feel as if I was being “sold” anything I didn’t need. Repair was complete timely. Eric took the time to help reprogram all openers and serviced my second door while on site. I would recommend Eric to any friend/neighbor.

I selected Precision Garage Door Service because we had them install a new garage door for us in 2018. The garage door spring broke and it was still under warranty. Elliot came out and was very professional and friendly. He explained what happened and how he was going to repair it, and we also discussed considerations of other items we might need to consider for future repair / tune-up issues. He was thorough, quick, and neat. I enjoyed talking to him while he repaired our garage door. It works great now. I would recommend this company.

I wrote a review on RJ but don’t know if you got it. It was fairly extensive and certainly positive. On what I purchased, there’s no way to put more than one item. I got springs, cables, and one or two other parts also rubber seal for bottom of door, done the next day.

I recently called your company to ask for someone to look over my 16 foot garage door and advise me on what needed to be done as it had been damaged and repaired prior to my buying this house. I settled on having a tech to look it over rather than a sales person. You tech, Vlad, came the same day and between the two of us we decided the door and opener needed to be replaced. Vlad was very responsive to my needs and explained things to my satisfaction. He replaced the opener that day. A few days later Timothy C. came to install the new door. He arrived within half an hour of scheduling my appointment, which was incredibly impressive. Josh took the time to explain why I needed specific parts to ensure my garage door was functioning properly. I also want to mention that I was feeling frustrated because I had only been in my house for six months and had accidentally damaged the garage. Josh noticed my stress and offered kind, reassuring words that really helped ease my frustration. From my initial interaction with the customer representative to the excellent service Josh provided, I am thoroughly impressed. First of all, the same day service was important to me. The technician that came out, Kole S., was absolutely wonderful - polite, concerned for the customer's welfare, skilled, etc. Although in the end I will need a new garage door, he made the wreck I had made of my old one look respectable while I wait for the new one to be installed - which, in my neighborhood, is important. He took his time, a perception which is so important to any customer, making me feel as if my garage door problem was important to take care of. Five star? No, ten!

A couple years ago, the main springs on our garage door broke. I heard an ad on the radio for Precision, and that they could get someone out to fix it the same day. They did, and it was great. So when our garage door opener finally died, I called Precision back. Again, they sent someone the same day, and Vladimir did a fantastic job. He presented great options, and really worked with us to overhaul the system, but keep what we could of the original equipment to keep the cost down. We are very happy with Precision (and Vladimir)'s work!

RJ was here in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our old door (over 40 year old) spring broke. He explained what he could replace to fix door but advised could not replace roller do to not being manufactured. Explained our best options and answered all our questions. Decided to have new door installed. Had to order the door that we opted for which is fine, but Rj make sure that old door was secured before he left. We will definitely recommend Precision Garage doors.
