Joey stayed in regular contact with us the day of our appointment so we knew how his schedule was moving and his expectation for arrival. He quickly diagnosed our issues and pointed out some additional things to think about due to the age of our doors. He gave me an estimate of what repairs might cost and also referred me to company designers to consider new design options and costs. It helps as we consider options to know costs. Joey fixed our broken keypad and left us in good shape!!

Vladimir was great! He was on time, gave my system a complete examination, advised necessary fixes and was considerate about my senior, limited budget. I feel that he cared about me as his customer. He went over all charges and made sure I understood what all had been done and what might be needed in the future, as my budget allows. Garage door broke of course on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to speak to a real person and she talked me through disabling it so it would stay shut overnight. She also set me up with an appointment for the next day. The service tech was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it up and now it’s working just fine. Pricey, but isn’t everything these days?
