I had a spring on my garage door snap at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and repair the door. I was surprised when a technician could come out between 3 & 6 that same afternoon! Kevin was our technician and he was very professional an walked through all our option. He let us know what HAD to be done to keep us safe and what COULD be done to prevent further issues. There was no sales pressure at all - he went through each option and we came up with the best solution for our situation. I am VERY pleased with the experience from the person answering the phone to final finished repair. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who is in need of a repair.

Very fast to schedule for same day service. Also liked that they sent some fun details about their technicians before arrival. (gave us something to talked about during repair) Prices were a bit on the high side. But the fix was done on time and the service level was great!

We had a cable cord break on our garage door about 2:00 on Friday afternoon. I called two local companies and neither one could get to me until Monday. I Googled Emergency Garage Door Repair and Precision Garage Door popped up. I called them and I had a service technician at my home 15 minutes later. The technician (Brock)was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He repaired the cable and recommended a couple of other things be replaced but he wasn’t pushy at all. I was extremely happy with the quick and efficient service the Precision Garage Door provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I never had to work on a garage door before, so I threw the dice and reached out to Precision. This was a true 5-star experience. You first get a message giving you some real info about your technician, so it isn't like meeting a stranger. Then Eric G came and saved me. The previous owner destroyed the garage by installing the door with no stud. He masterfully fixed everything, and you wouldn't even know he had to cut into it. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. They have my business when it comes to garage door maintenance and installs from now on.

The technician was very helpful and understanding of our repair situation. We realize we need to replace the overhead door but were not prepared to do that at this time,so he came up with a solution to repair it and the price was very fair. Had heard great things about Precision and seen the commercial a few times. So when our door went out they were my first call. Joey was able to come out within a day and walked me through the inspection, what caused it, what new parts and repairs could help with, and even showed multiple variations of options. Then he installed it that morning and walked me through everything. Super awesome guy, knowledgeable, friendly, and exudes hard work. I would definitely recommend Precision, and specifically Joey to any friends and family that end up having garage door trouble.

He was very, very nice and oh-so helpful! He looked over everything and explained what he found. He made sure I understood what he was explaining and never made me feel rushed when I was asking questions. He also never made me feel pressured into replacing anything with my opener. He gave me many options to choose from. Out of 5 starts, I give Zeke 10!! And Precious and their services!

My name is Carl Barnett. Recently had a full equipment replacement for my garage. Technician is Kole S. I am writing this review based on the service he provided on my repairs. I want to commend him on his professionalism in, and expertise he displayed during the repairs he performed. What I really appreciated was the fact that he ensured to keep me informed on the progress of the service he was providing. From the very beginning to the end of the job, he kept me updated of his progress, let me know if there was any additional issues I should be aware of, and recommended and offered options to any additional work may arise in the future. Kole took the time to ensure I was informed on how the new equipment worked and even took the time to assist me in setting up the app on my phone to operate the opener remotely. Kole gave me a approximate time that the work was going to be completed, he took a little while longer but it was understandable due to finding other issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I am very impressed with this young man's work and professionalism. Please inform him of the appreciation I have for his job well done. He gave me a QR code to send a review of his service, but I wanted to address it personally. Very satisfied, and to let you know that your company was well represented that day.
