Tony’s service call started as one to sync our old LiftMaster GDOs to our new car. I had synced 5 cars over the years, but after several hours could not sync this one. The GDOs were 15 years old and after more than an hour of Tony’s unsuccessful attempts, we authorized new LiftMaster GDOs. Unfortunately, again despite Tony’s great work, we still could not sync the doors with HomeLink. He called for tips from other installers, and when I called the office, his supervisor, Eric, came right over. In the meantime, I called HomeLink and learned that the new remotes included with the GDOs needed to be exchanged for a different model. Once done, all was well. Great attitude, patience and perseverance paid off.

Joel was excellent. He arrived in a timely fashion. He was extremely knowledgeable. He gave us several options regarding our repairs. He did not try to talk us into spending money we didn't need to spend. He was was efficient with his repairs, and made sure we knew exactly what was being replaced and why. Tony was the most detail-oriented, thorough, efficient, knowlegable, and personable service person EVER! I would be the happiest home owner if everyone who repairs something at our home were like Tony. We needed a new motor, springs, rollers, etc. as ours was long past its life expectancy and not working. Tony made everything make sense. Got to the house fast too! Great experience!

I chose Precision Garage Door service because of the ease of scheduling through the website also the reviews. Though they have other Technician's, Tony D came out was honest explained in detail what happened, the cause and was going on. He explained thoroughly what was needed for the job to be completed also gave us the choice of the parts needed.
