I could not have been more impressed with service technician Brock Dickinson. I had a spring replaced by a competitor in January and Brock pointed out why the work was not done correctly, leading to my current problem in October. I will only have Brock work on my garage door with issues moving forward.

Called around 8:00am on a Sunday. Mike F. Showed up early and gave my door a complete inspection that resulted in some unknowns by me. He was extremely thorough and offered me several alternatives before beginning repairs. Mike was concerned with my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Mike was on his way by 11:00am. I may be lucky here, but even so, to be entirely completed in a 3 hour window is extraordinary. Mike can provide a worry free experience to your complete satisfaction.
