I was very impressed with Ben’s professionalism. He called ahead, used shoe covers in the house, and explained everything. We ended up needing a new door and he walked me thru the process. Door color and door options. Before he left, Ben answered all of my questions/concerns. Excellent service!

Even though our repairs were more extensive and expensive than we anticipated , Kevin walked us through our options and pricing so we could make an informed decision about the repairs. Patrick was here and did a very thorough job. The spring on my garage door was broken and he fixed that and added another spring since my garage only had one and after he worked on my garage door, it is much quieter it also prior to his visit had some light coming through the sides and air in the winter and he adjusted that and is now much tighter than before. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs the same service.

Austin and Issac did a fabulous job. I reached out to Precision as they had installed our garage door opener to purchase an additional remote door opener. They recommended a tune up based on how long ago we purchased the opener. They arrived within an hour of my request. They completed the tune up and programmed the new remote for us within 30 minutes. It was a great experience and I will continue to use Precision in the future. The best part was Austin and Issac. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
