My neighbor recommended I call Precision because she had seen great reviews of your company. I am very happy she did. The young lady I initially spoke with was kind and helpful. Andrew was the technician assigned to fix my broken garage door. He was prompt, very kind and explained my problem and options to fix the problem in a way I could understand. He took the time to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend to others!

Called on a Saturday morning for a broken cable. They got us in same day. Chris T was our technician, and he was phenomenal. We ended up needing some other parts replacement, and I didn't feel pressured or upsold by him just the facts which I appreciated. Definitely recommend Precision and Chris.
