Austin is married and has two daughters, one crazy toddler and a third grader who loves dance. Austin grew up in Avon and has three younger sisters. He played baseball through junior college as a pitcher and graduated from Ball State University with an Exercise Science degree in 2008. Outside of work and family Austin volunteers at his church as an elementary youth pastor. Random claims to fame: - Was a professional bodybuilder in the WNBF - Acted in six independent horror films - Once ate a 64oz steak at Shula’s, the gigantic elk burger at Bub’s, and always cleans everyone’s plates at restaurants.

Hello, I called on a Saturday to get my garage door fixed. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and schedules someone to come out that afternoon. I was so pleased! Austin arrived after he called to say he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful, informative and personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my door and told me of some other things that would need repair now or later. No pressure from him at all, just helpful ideas. I would highly recommend this company. Great service, on time, Austin was wonderful to work with on that Saturday!! I was going out of town the next day and needed immediate service and I got it.!! Thank you

My technician Austin arrived at the time he said he would. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. Austin was very professional and answered all my questions. He also showed me some preventative steps that I can take to help my opener last longer. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured to upgrade any parts, but was given suggestions to help the longevity of the garage door opener. I will definitely use Precision in the future.

We tried to open our garage door this morning (Labor Day) & the spring was broken. We figured it would be a day at least to get it fixed but Austin came out after finishing another job & it is fixed. Austin was very professional but pleasant also. He did a check of the whole door & explained what he saw & made three recommendations & pricing. We chose the complete redo & he did the job. Very pleased.

We had a failure of our garage door opener which we had recently purchased from precision somewhere in the last 5 to 6 years. The technician who installed that one was wonderful. I've worked with Precision in the past and knew what to expect...great service. From start to finish communication was great. The call rep shared what time someone could be here and Austin was right on time. He called while on his way, / analyzed the issue once he arrived / shared options and estimate / completed the repair in good time. While here I also asked him for a tune up. I didn't realize how loud the door had gotten until Austin made it quiet again. I'll definitely use Precision in the future.
