Austin is married and has two daughters, one crazy toddler and a third grader who loves dance. Austin grew up in Avon and has three younger sisters. He played baseball through junior college as a pitcher and graduated from Ball State University with an Exercise Science degree in 2008. Outside of work and family Austin volunteers at his church as an elementary youth pastor. Random claims to fame: - Was a professional bodybuilder in the WNBF - Acted in six independent horror films - Once ate a 64oz steak at Shula’s, the gigantic elk burger at Bub’s, and always cleans everyone’s plates at restaurants.

Very well done. Austin was our tech and he was fantastic. Installed two door openers and even helped with an extra accessory for each I needed installed. Competitive pricing and quality work, highly recommend. I did purchase the door openers separately due to gift cards I had, but I’m sure they have competitive pricing too.

He proceeded to check on the overall door system stability and made recommendations. He provided options for the repair (replace a broken spring) and a quote before he commenced. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Austin was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. 5 stars.

Austin did a fantastic job. He phoned about 45 minutes before arriving for the service call. Although I was at work, he sent me pictures of the problems he was finding with my 16 year old opener. He gave me options for repairs and everything was installed and cleaned up before I got home. Great service!

Technician Austin D did a great job providing exactly what I needed. He re-programmed a broken remote, helped me program a new car to open the garage door, and installed a keypad outside the garage. Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! Hello, I called on a Saturday to get my garage door fixed. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and schedules someone to come out that afternoon. I was so pleased! Austin arrived after he called to say he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful, informative and personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my door and told me of some other things that would need repair now or later. No pressure from him at all, just helpful ideas. I would highly recommend this company.
