Jarad was born and raised in southern Illinois about 30 mins outside of St. Louis. He graduated from the University of Missouri–St. Louis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Jarad relocated to Indianapolis 2 years ago. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his dogs, spending time with family, and is a avid sports fan.

Technician Jarad took the time to explain the issues with our door, the several options we had available for repair, and then made the repairs based on our decisions. When the work was completed, he operated the door several times to make sure everything was working properly, then gave us a quote on a motor replacement when that becomes necessary. He was polite, professional, and friendly. We would use Precision again.

Spring was broken on double door. The tech made suggestions for repair beyond the replacement of the broken spring. New rollers, cables and bearings were replaced. I believe the door operates much better and is less noisy. I had the spring replaced on a the single door. I felt no pressure to do the additional work. The work was done very well and the tech was professional. Well done.
