Scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Received a text that said a technician was available earlier and could be at my house asap. Less than an hour after scheduling the appointment, he was there! Jarad was very friendly and assessed the repairs and fixed my garage door within an hour. He recommended a few other issues with the door that we decided not to address at this time and he was not pushy at all. Excellent service!

The little things make a difference. I had you replace the springs 10 or so years ago. You left a sticker on the door so I called the number to have you come and fix my worn out opener. To make a long story short, Jarad came and did a terrific job. I knew I’d need a new opener. It was 20+ years old. I also knew the springs were aged so after discussing it with Jarad he sold me new springs and other hardware needing replacement. He did do staying until past 6:00pm on a Saturday evening no less making sure everything was taken care of. Coming from a retail profession I was very impressed with the level of attention and service and knowledge provided. I spent a lot of money but feel secure that it was spent well.

My technician called ahead and arrived within the agreed upon window. He explained well several options for the springs issue as well as the keypad which had stopped working. He also stayed and helped troubleshoot the app and remote closing of the garage door. I would recommend them based on my positive experience .

Serivice was very quick. Called about broken spring and service guy (Jarad) was here within an hour and half. Jarad was very nice and helpful. Very professional. After installing new springs he notices the previous ceiling install of the garage door was incorrectly mounted. Not only did he inform me about it, he offered, and did, help me (mostly him) fix it. What a great company to deal with. No high pressure sales. Did they suggest extra services? Yep! Were they all needed? Nope. And the tech let me know which ones should be done and which I could wait on. being retired I opted to only go with one additional service and am glad I did. The door works fantastic! The company worked with me on the price.I'm very happy with the service. Jarad ,the tech they sent was fantastic. Friendly, polite and an asset to this company. If you have garage door problems. Call this company. Great service and good prices. Hopefully I won't ever need garage door service again. But if I do, this is the company I'm calling.

Joel was terrific. We have been plagued with a squeaking door for a few weeks now and, wouldn't you know, on the day Precision was scheduled to come and apply a fix, the squeaking stopped. Like that morning. I apologized to Joel for this when he arrived but he took the time to look everything over and lubed all of the hinges and rollers. Very cheerly and professional about the whole thing and ended it with telling me to just call him if the squeak returns. As always a completely positive experience.

Technician Jarad took the time to explain the issues with our door, the several options we had available for repair, and then made the repairs based on our decisions. When the work was completed, he operated the door several times to make sure everything was working properly, then gave us a quote on a motor replacement when that becomes necessary. He was polite, professional, and friendly. We would use Precision again.

Spring was broken on double door. The tech made suggestions for repair beyond the replacement of the broken spring. New rollers, cables and bearings were replaced. I believe the door operates much better and is less noisy. I had the spring replaced on a the single door. I felt no pressure to do the additional work. The work was done very well and the tech was professional. Well done.
