My garage door opener was gasping for breath after 25+ years of service, so when it refused to budge yesterday, I called in a panic. Thankfully Josh came quickly the same day, was able to install a new opener and replace the springs. He was able to explain the process and worked efficiently to fix the problem. I scheduled a service call through their website and it was easy. Company sent texts to confirm the appointment day before and morning of. Josh was the technician that arrived. He asked great questions about what the issues were and told me he would trouble shoot a let me know what he found. Once it was determined that the circuit board was fried, and him showing me the board I decided that the unit needed replaced. Josh worked up a couple estimates, explaining the differences between them and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I decided to go with the better unit being the house was a rental property and not wanting to have any issues, hopefully for years to come. I can’t say enough about Josh, his attitude and professionalism. Josh is a great ambassador for this company. He worked nonstop to compete the job. Once the new unit was installed Josh explained its operation, the warranty and even asked afterwards if I had any questions. Great job, great company! I’ve dealt with other garage door companies over the years and this company, Josh was by far the best experience I’ve had. Precision was great. My garage started acting up on Easter morning, and we had to manually lock it. I went online and scheduled an appointment with Precision the next day (yesterday). Within 3 hours, tech Josh showed up and was done in about 90 minutes. I was very pleased with how efficient the process was. Josh explained everything and gave me some options for how to address our electrical issue with our garage door motor. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He also showed me how to do some quick DIY maintenance on my garage. So far, there have been no malfunctions with the door today.
