I was very pleased with my experience with Precision. From the courtesy of the individual who answered my phone call right down to the wonderful two young men who came to my rescue. If I could, I would give you 10 stars. I was extremely grateful that my garage was repaired in one afternoon, considering that I made the initial phone call after 12:00 noon. Kevin and the young man who assisted were courteous and helpful and determined to solve the problem with the door. It will be necessary to purchase a new door a little bit down the road, but there will need to be repair done to my garage floor before that will be possible. I will most definitely be calling on Precision when that day comes. Many times, an elderly woman can be taken advantage of by unscrupulous people, and it restores my faith to be treated with such respect and kindness shown to me by Kevin and his partner. My Garage door opener quick working and I called Precision who has same day service. I was given a 3 hour window for the afternoon and the technician Kevin U was on time. He wore a mask the entire time and gave my entire door system a full inspection. I’m glad he did because he found several things that were not safe and on the brink of further damage that could have resulted in someone really getting hurt or even worse. After pointing each failure point out to me he wrote up a few different quotes on the repairs that were needed. His truck was stocked and addressed all of them. Not only does my door work again but i feel safer knowing that it’s not going to collapse.

We have a 3-year old home that was a builder's spec house. Accordingly, not a lot of higher-end fixtures were present when we bought the house. The original, chain-drive opener for our double garage door (the door was of high quality and very heavy) was under-powered. The opener would strain and the door would often bind, the rollers in the tracks screeching metal-on-metal. The noise was so loud our neighbors could hear it inside their home. I called Precision for advice and the two technicians spent considerable time explaining the issues. I asked that they provide 3 options and they did, further explaining the costs and benefits of each. I chose to upgrade to a more-powerful, belt-drive unit. The technicians upgraded the rollers, reinforced the door connection to the lift, and made sure the door was square and plumb. I entered the garage from the house the moment they were opening the newly-repaired door with the new belt-drive opener. I was amazed at how incredibly quiet the new system was. The Precision professionals gave me viable options, went beyond my expectations, and will get my business every time. Thank you!
