This is my first experience with Precision Garage doors. I must say that I am completely satisfied with the service we received from the garage door technician from Precision. Kevin did a great job, understandably explained the options and was very friendly and professional. He arrived within the window of time promised, installed new springs and identified and mitigated future issues with other moving parts, ultimately saving me money and headache. I am confident that the new springs and other parts that were needed effectively took care of my garage door for many years to come. Highly recommend.

I initially called to get keypads installed and after Kevin did his inspection he gave us his input...we just purchased our house and the seller installed a new door with old parts...Kevin showed us what was old and also his input on how dangerous it was to not fix it....I’m glad he was honest with us and bringing it to our attention. I would highly recommend Precision. Our technician, Kevin, inspected the door and made suggestions as to other things that might improve the garage doors function as well as longevity. He was not pushy but very informative and left the decision up to me. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and he left the garage cleaner than he found it.
