A prior career in Pastry Arts had him traveling the country opening and working in various restaurants and bakeries before settling back in Indianapolis and joining the Precision Door team. In his free time he is an avid cyclist, soccer player, rock climber, and hiker.

Was very pleased with the service. Technician was polite and explained everything to me. I opted to have opener replaced since it was 20 years old. Door had had some work done in 2018 by previous homeowner. He was finished in time frame he said it would take. Rating by BBB was a factor in choosing your company plus a friend had recently your company.

My garage door would not open on Thursday, I didn’t know what to do? I looked online and saw Precision, so many great reviews I knew I had to try them out. I went on their website and booked through the online booking Sunday, they had a spot for the next morning! Scott M. came out and carefully inspected my door, he then told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to fix! After we spoke about that he then went to work and completed the job in no time! Now my garage door opens and closes perfectly, and it is whisper quiet! Very, very satisfied with my experience working with Precision! Our garage door stopped working a few months ago and we were just curious what was wrong/how to fix it... when Scott arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what would be needed to fix it, and to my surprise, was available to fix it that day. Extraordinary customer service! Our door became inoperable late Friday. I went online to request contact, and was stunned when on Sunday I was called to set up an appointment first thing Monday!
