Our service technician did a great job! He explained all the repairs that were needed after doing a thorough inspection. The springs that had been installed by a different contractor 7 years ago were not strong enough to support the weight of our garage doors. Nick installed the new heavier springs and replaced the rollers and bearings which had also wore out. Door works much better than before. Runs smoothly and quietly. Highly recommend choosing Precison!

Brandon was FANTASTIC! He explained the problem and gave detailed options for repair. Brandon was professional and very efficient. I appreciated the options with NO pressure to buy any additional products. I did decide to replace my old, heavy wooden door with a lighter new model. It should be installed tomorrow and I can't wait! Precision Door more than met my needs and Brandon needs to be considered as a very valued employee.

Nick Zatkoff and his assistant (forgot his name!) were extremely helpful and accomplished the removal of our busted opener and the installation of the new unit. Their cleanup - with a blower - left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Their rating w/b 5 Star!

Who really wants to say that an unexpected out of pocket expense was outstanding...? Well, it was for me. Truly appreciated the quick response and highly professional service received from my tech! (I cannot recall his name - You guys need to add their name to the invoice) but was very engaging with no B.S. Project was completed in very little time and I feel value was received for what I paid. Nate installed door and opener quickly and accurately. It seems he knows his profession. He is friendly and helpful. So everything was done great. I would recommend to provide short instructions how to set up remotes, if you have them, please e-mail (just in case)
