Drew T performed the repairs! This is the second time we have used this company (2 different homes) and will always use them in the future! Very knowledgeable, professional and approachable! Drew was able to explain to me what was wrong and how to repair the system! He gave me all options and never tried to pressure me! As a woman who had to deal with repairs while my husband was out of town both times, I would give this company an exceptional review and recommend them to everyone! As an employer, you should be proud of Drew T! God bless him and his family and thank you for putting our family’s safety first!

Had a coupon which is why I chose Precision. Coupon was of no use. Was quite disturbed that what I thought would cost around $400 ended up costing almost $1400. Technician was trained, truck was marked.

My technician, Josh, was fantastic. He took the time to explain the issues and solutions in a way I could understand. Many places just give you one option as a “fix” Josh offered at least 3 options based on our specific needs. Thank you Josh for all your help!

Nick was polite and walked me through what he was going to look at and gave me a few options to consider. Zero up sales on anything. Presented me some facts and I made the choices. I had done some research prior and knew what I would be looking at potentially. Ended up doing the heavy duty springs. Good Service!
