First, we chose Precision based on your same day service and the reviews of work done by your technicians, and your company did not fail us on either reason. When the technician, Cole P., arrived, he was on time the same day, and performed a great job. He was friendly and respectful of both us and our property. He explained what his steps would be in looking at our problem. Once he ascertained what the problem was, he explained to our understand what that was and then reviewed with us about 4 or 5 different options and costs. Once we chose the option best for us, he proceeded efficiently with the job, and problem was solved, all in the same day visit. In closing, I would like to say that in my pre-retirement job was a manager over all Administrative services at a hospital, dealing with hiring/firing employees, and working with many other outside my department. In Cole, you have a dedicated, friendly and respectful employee who keeps the customer informed of the work, and all he is doing. We enjoyed meeting him, and he is truly a keeper as an employee. Thank you and Cole, for your professional service I did not choose a purchased product below, as we had several of those options done.

We called Precision Service to fix our older industrial grade garage door when the main cable snapped. The repair guys that came out were first class. They arrived on time and were so polite and knowledgeable and hard working. They were able to fix our old garage door and it is working great! Scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Received a text that said a technician was available earlier and could be at my house asap. Less than an hour after scheduling the appointment, he was there! Jarad was very friendly and assessed the repairs and fixed my garage door within an hour. Had a problem with my garage door being noisy, reallly noisy. Precision came out and fixed the problem with new rollers and a better spring system. Technician Andrew showed up at the promised time and within an hour and a half had the needed repairs done. Andrew was was willing to listen to my concerns and offer different options and what the cost would be for each.

This is the third time I’ve used Precision Garage Door for service or garage door replacement, and each time they've exceeded expectations. On all three occasions, a technician arrived within two hours of my call. The technicians have consistently been friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the issues and presenting multiple solutions. Today, our technician was Teddy F., and I would recommend him without hesitation. He quickly secured the door in preparation for the panel replacement scheduled for tomorrow. Tried to leave for work and the garage door would not go up! I saw that the spring was broken so I looked up the website and booked an appointment online (7:45 am). The cars were trapped in the garage! Eric came out within an hour of booking online, he was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what was wrong. He gave me a quote and got it fixed quickly. It's a new house and he pointed out that for the original install of the insulated garage door the original installer didn't use the right hardware for the heavier insulated door, and that the other small garage door was not installed correctly either. I would very highly recommend Precision and Eric in particular for being so quick and helpful!

Precision doors installed to very nice black garage doors back in November. I had a problem with my barn 10 foot door. I called. They showed up on time very professional took care of the problem and are coming back out in the morning to take care of another problem he suggested to stop the water from coming under the door. I came home on a Sunday night to find that my garage door wouldn’t open due to a broken spring. I called Garage Door Service that evening and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day — super responsive! Nick and his apprentice handled the repair and were both incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the process. They not only fixed the broken spring but also recommended a few additional repairs that made sense, including replacing my garage keypad, which hadn’t worked in years. The service was top-notch, and the pricing felt very reasonable. What impressed me most was what happened afterward: Nick called me after the job to let me know they had mistakenly installed the wrong springs (a lower-grade version) and offered to return first thing the next morning to replace them with the correct ones — which he did. Mistakes happen, but owning up to them and making it right without being prompted says a lot about their integrity. Many companies wouldn’t have gone that extra mile. I really can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from Nick — dependable, honest, and genuinely customer-focused.

I called to get a quote for a new garage door and your representative, Analisa was at my home in three hours. Analisa Answered all our questions and measured the door for the quotation and presented us with the cost for the door and the opener in about one hour. We agreed with the quotation and she said that the work would be able to be done the next day. We said that would be great Signed all the paperwork and we'll be getting our door to following day. This was without a doubt the best contractor experience That I have ever had in my life. We have an old, very heavy door that has required some repairs over the years. We had used Precision at least twice in the recent past. This last episode was caused by a cable slipping off the worn attachemnt post on the edge of the door. There were a few additional casualties because of the falling door that needed to be replaced. Kevin, the technician, came early on Monday morning and set about surveying the situation and gave us a list of the items we would need to put the door into very good working order. We let him do his work and within a very reasonable time, he was finished. The door runs as it's supposed to and quietly. Kevin did a fantastic job!!

Nick and the other repair technician were punctual, professional and courteous. They described the repair process and priced out my options clearly. Although there was an attempt to upsell some optional upgrades, they answered all my questions that allowed me to make an appropriate decision without any pressure. They had all the needed parts on the truck to finish the job quickly. Also booking the appointment was fast and convenient to my schedule. The lady took all relevant info up front so repair techs were prepared. Very excellent service.
