We have used Precision Door for over 15 years. We saw there commercial on TV. We appreciated how fast they were able to come out and correct our issue. Today, 3/29/2025 we had a situation where our door would go down as far as 2" above being closed and open back up. Orlando came out he was very polite and honest; he had all the knowledge needed to fix the "eye" which had to be replaced, they were 25 years old. But we had additional questions, and he answered a number of them but if he didn't know he was up front and said he would have to check with someone else. I so much appreciate honesty to that level. It was a joy working with him.

A neighbor in my community recommended Precision. I was very happy to be able to book an appointment online for the very next day. My technician, Eric, called prior to his visit and arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He explained everything clearly and gave me all the options and did a great job of fixing the garage door and installing new springs. I was able to book an appointment for the next day (I could have requested same day but that didn't work for my schedule) and Isaac showed up right on time. He was quick, efficient, courteous, and professional, and was able to mitigate our issue as well as point out other maintenance and safety issues we never realized were a problem. We ended up purchasing new springs, rollers, and cables.

Royal was amazing!! He was exceptionally friendly with a positive attitude!! He knew the business and was very informative. He gave us multiple options and described each option in detail!! He was terrific!! When we buy a new garage door (which may be soon after our interactionwith Royal), I will definitely go through Precision Garage Door and hopefully have Royal available to install it!! If all of your employees are as wonderful as Royal, you have an amazing company!! We thought it might be an easy fix, but we were wrong. It was the actual opener that was the issue. Installed a new opener in approximately 2.5 hours and all is good. We heard a loud pop and realized that we needed a repairman. Called and someone was there the next morning. Tony was our technician and he explained what was wrong in great detail. We have utilized folks several times over the years for different service needs. Your techs are very professional and knowledgeable. I've been a direct salesperson for over 40+ years and have been providing compressed air equipment solutions for almost 20 years. I expect and appreciate the same good service I deliver throughout the state of Indiana. your Precision techs knock it out of the park every time. If only ALL contractors delivered the same quality! If I was responsible for hiring techs for the company I represent, I would hire every tech that I have encountered with your company. Hope you are paying them well, or someone will steal them away. Good people are hard to find.
