My tech was Brandon. He was so knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything where I could understand it. He gave me several options to choose from which I totally appreciated. I have a heavy wood door and when he was finished with the repair I could lift it with one hand using no muscle. Before the repair I was unable to lift it at all. I am so happy!
