I am glad you ask. I had an appointment today 10/17/25 from 10-12, to get an estimate on a new insulated garage door and opener. I was really disappointed that no one showed up or called to say why. Needless to say I will not be using your company to purchase a new garage door and opener. The drop for service performed should have n/a. I had to select something from the dropdown but nothing applied to the service performed today.

We had Precision out today to replace our tension wires on both sides of our garage door. Blayke was incredible. He took his time to review the situation and looked over the entire garage door. Very personable and respectful! He did a great job! I was impressed that he did not try to upsell me or sell me something that I did not need. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Great customer service from beginning to end. No surprises!

I called for service and Stuart arrived at 9:30 and evaluated the situation and completed all the repair/replacement work by noon. Stuart was very knowledgeable and professional!
