They did a wonderful job on our garage door. We called several companies and they were the only one that could come out that day. They took the time to explain everything and the garage door opener is so quiet. We can barely hear it. They’re a good honest company.

Precision came recommended by a family member who has used their services twice. I am very pleased at how fast they were able to get our garage door working once again. The technician was very polite and kept me informed throughout the process. We would use again if needed.

Eric showed up on time. I explained the problem. He said, give me a moment to look it over. 30 seconds later he had diagnosed my problem. He told me what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me why the garage door was not operating properly. My wife asked when will they be able to fix the garage, thinking we would need to schedule for another day. I told her, Eric is almost done, which she was thrilled with. Eric is a true professional, and I could not be more pleased.

Austin was FANTASTIC! He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, and an overall great guy. He got our garage door repaired and working better than it ever had before. He made my options easy to understand and didn't try to oversell me anything. Repair was reasonably priced and communication was great from everyone at Precision. I'd use this company again a thousand times over and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great service!

My neighbors in Avalon suggested Precision was the go-to place. After discovering late Sunday afternoon that the spring on my door was broken, I spoke with a live person on Sunday night and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. Joey arrived on time, obviously loving his work. Great communicator, efficient, and professional. He fixed my spring and replaced the rollers in less than an hour, for a great price! I highly recommend Precision (but only if they keep Joey! :))

The technician, Joey, was on time and very courteous. We reviewed the problems with my garage door, including problems caused by a different company. He was able to arrange a discount due to his evaluation that the other company had cheated me. Joey completed the work in a professional, expert manner. I am very grateful that I was lucky enough to have had Joey assigned to my case. Now everything works as it should.
