We originally called Precision based on a neighbor’s referral because the keypad wasn’t working properly. Orlando examined it and also reviewed and/or tested the various garage door components. There was no “hard sell“, simply a demonstration that the springs were pretty worn and we decided they needed replacing as well. Orlando was very patient and thorough answering all of our questions. He did a great job!

Kevin delivered outstanding and friendly service. He called ahead of his arrival time, which was appreciated. He was punctual, showing up when he said he would. He was efficient in that he found the problem and repaired it quickly. He was meticulous in that he carried out an inspection and pointed out necessary maintenance without applying any pressure to complete the maintenance work now. Did I say “I love you guys” when Nick was finished today? I sure did! It was easy to schedule … last night at the kitchen table, scheduled online for early morning slot, Nick showed up on-time and ready to get to work! The tech arrived a few minutes before they said he would (on a Sunday, no less) and was very professional throughout. My wife had some company she was visiting with so I hung out in the garage with the tech while he replaced the springs, rollers, and brackets. He answered all my questions and was a really nice guy. He clearly knew what he as doing. I would tell you the price was consistent with their competitors but I don’t know that. My prior experience with Precision when they installed the motor is all I needed to go back to them. And I won’t check their competitors next time either.

My spring broke late Thursday afternoon when I was going to be gone for the weekend. A called a competitor who said they would be able to provide the repair early on Friday. They did call early Friday but said the tech would be there between 3 PM and 6PM which was too late for me. I called Precision at 8 AM and they told me they could meet my time constraints. They arrived, after calling, hours before the scheduled time. The technician, Joey H., performed an inspection and explained my options. With the special that was active at the time, I only spent slightly more for 2 premium springs that a single regular spring would have cost from the other competitor. Joey also went above and beyond to resolve a couple of other issues. My door is fixed without taking away any of my weekend time. I couldn't be happier.

Brandon did an outstanding job with all the repairs. Super kind and professional .He explained everything in detail making sure I had all options. NO high pressure sales which as a consumer is very important. His outstanding customer care skills were the icing on the cake. The spring had broke but there were other issues needing addressed due to the 30 year old parts. Pricing was more than fair with the extra consideration of my situation and needs.
