I called for a tune up appt and they were able to give me an appt same day! Orlando arrived promptly, examined the equipment and offered recommendations for needed replacement of original builder quality parts. He gave me three options so I could find the solution that would best suit my needs and budget. Once the decision was made, he installed the new equipment and adjusted remaining equipment for smooth and quiet operation . So happy with the results and with Orlando!

I chose precision garage door because of the excellent reviews from next door and a previous encounter ( 2 yr ago) with them was very positive. The service technician at last visit and today was outstanding! Vladimir was very knowledgeable regarding the products best for replacement for the garage door to function well. He was respectful of my budget and worked to stay within the parameters I had given him. Overall I am a very satisfied customer.

Nobody likes to have things break but I was impressed with Precision from beginning to end. Spring broke on a Sunday but I was happy I was able to make an appointment online for first thing Monday. Our technician was really friendly and professional. Pricing and repair options were very clear with no pressure. Work was done quickly and the door is even working better than it was before the spring broke. Highly recommend!

Wow, have never used Precision before . Our 3 year old Door we purchased from another company malfunctioned on a Sunday. Precision was the only company answering heir Phone. Zeke was out in Less than 1 hour and did an amazing job, it was a simple but time consuming repair and my door is better than new, and quieter than before . Highly Recommended!

Arrived home from work at 3:30 pm and garage door would not open. Discovered the spring had broken again. Original spring lasted 14 years, replacement spring lasted 9 years. Called Precision and they had an appointment set between 4:00-6:00 pm same day. My technician Mike F arrived within an hour of calling. He pointed out that a torsion cable had also broken and a few other issues with the door being 23 years old. Chose to have Mike make all the recommended repairs. Spring, cables, rollers, brackets, and bearing plates. Mike had the work completed in roughly 90 minutes and the door operates as it did when it was brand new. Extremely fast and outstanding service overall.

Installation seemed ok Technician was in time and courteous. First day after install we were backing out of the garage and the door fell down damaging my car and our door My husband and a fro They came out 3 more times to try to fix. There was an issue with the opener and for whatever reason it took them 4 times to fix. We had to file a claim with our insurance to fix my car and we never did hear anything back about our garage door We had to try to fix it ourselves because all of our tools are in there. Not a good experience and I honestly would not recommend

A spring broke rendering the garage door. Our service tech, Drew, was wonderful. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He informed us of our options and answered our questions every step of the way. Everything was completed within 90 minutes. He gave us a recap of parts replaced and work done. I have called Precision once before and was completely satisfied. They do not disappoint! Thank you, Drew!

Thank you Precision Garage Door! I called with a concern regarding my garage door and they were at my house 90 minutes later! They could not make the repair that day, but the technician, RJ, did a great job explaining what the issue was and scheduled a time to come back out and fix it. On the day of the repair, RJ arrived on time, fix the issue and everything works great now. I’ve use Precision Garage Door in the past and will continue to use them for any future garage door needs.

When a cable snapped on the garage door of my new home, I called the company that originally installed and serviced it. After a frustrating conversation with their residential service department I decided to cancel the service call. It was all of the 5 star ratings that encouraged me to call Precision, and I'm so glad I did. Apparently my double car garage door only had one spring (instead of 2...why??), which had snapped. It appeared to be the 4th replacement spring based on how beat up the winding bar was. Because of this and the age of the system, basically all of the moving parts aside from the door itself needed to be replaced. While I wasn't planning on this major expense, I felt completely confident that it was both necessary and long overdue. The technician, Josh B, was on time, respectful, answered all of my questions, and gave me lots of options to accommodate my budget. I decided to also upgrade to a new and quieter belt drive system, which I feel confident this was a better choice than the big box store options. I highly recommend Precision and am impressed they were able to solve this issue for me quickly and professionally. Thanks, Josh B.

Teddy did a great job. He took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. He took the time to show us several options and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. Once we decided on what we wanted, he got right to work. He was here almost 7 hours working on the doors. He finished and cleaned up his work area. Because of a packaging error by the manufacturer, he returned the next day to install light covers on one of the motors. He also adjusted one of the doors while he was here. I am very pleased with the work he did and the final product.
