Wonderful experience! Scheduled appointment online and received an appointment time the same day. Technician actually called and said he could be there a few minutes early. Ryan L was our technician. He was polite, helpful, quick and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend Precision and especially Ryan!

I have used Precision for service several years. So when I needed new garage doors and openers I called them and so glad I did. My technician, Martin D, was so courteous, hard working and dedicated to doing a great job! He didn't even take a break but continued to work. He explained everything to me and even programmed my openers to my car!! He has such a wonderful personality and work ethic. It's obvious to me after having service and now new installation that all of the employees have been well trained in customer service! I have and will continue to recommend Precision!

The technician who performed the repair was very prompt and thorough. He did a great job and resolved the issue. The cost of the labor was very reasonable, but the charge for parts was exorbitant. I expect a considerable markup on parts during a service call but the amount charged seemed excessive. I would give the service 5 stars, but the cost of parts one star.
