Drew & Mike did an amazing job! They went over and beyond for me today. I couldn’t be more satisfied. They made my creaky, unsafe, and not working garage like NEW! On top of that their customer service skills were excellent! They explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. I chose Precision based on 5 star rating and 24 hour service. Customer service was great to get someone out as quickly as possible to diagnose and repair my garage. The technician Josh was courteous and professional and explained the situation without trying to sell me on repairs that weren’t needed. He provided repair options and completed the work that same day. I would definitely recommend Precision and plan to use them again in the future. The customer service was top notch.
