Very, very satisfied with my experience working with Precision! Our garage door stopped working a few months ago and we were just curious what was wrong/how to fix it... when Scott arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what would be needed to fix it, and to my surprise, was available to fix it that day. He was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He took his time going over different options and recommendations, breaking down the cost so I was fully informed. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in his expertise and happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with garage needs.

From the lady that answered my call to the technician, it was all-around great service. The technician was at my house about 20 minutes after I called to schedule. The unit was replaced within an hour. Couldn't be more pleased, highly recommend!

RJ was efficient and friendly. Spring broke on our garage and majority of parts were almost 20yrs old. RJ repaired and replaced the majority of our system which was long overdue. It’s nice knowing everything is in good order and updated.

A recent storm damaged my outside electric meter which then ruined my garage door opener. I called Precision and was given a morning appointment the next day. Technician Tim Whitlow arrived and went right to work assessing the damage, checking to see if my old door opener could be fixed. He showed me what was wrong and it was determined, after he thoroughly explained to me the damage, that I needed a new system. Tim was knowledgeable, empathetic, professional and friendly. He represented the company well and was thorough and efficient in the installation process. After he completed the job, he explained the system and its components, making sure I knew how to operate it. He explained the safety features of the system also. It was a pleasure to meet this young man - and he receives a 5 star rating from me!

My keypad wasn’t working so I called Precision based on reviews online. I was given an appointment for next day but was called with an opening later same day. Pat was the technician. He was personable and explained things clearly. I told him that my door was wonky when it opened and closed and he explained why that happened and gave me 3 options to consider to remedy the problem. I chose one of the options and got a new keypad and cables and wheels. The visit and the work was completed in under 2 hrs. I would recommend Precision for any garage door problem.

This is the second time we’ve reached out to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to help when our door had issues. Last time was 5-star service, and so was the experience we had yesterday. It's refreshing to use a company that values customer service. Martin came to repair our garage door spring. He was on time and courteous. He explained what the problem was and what he would do to repair it. He provided options. We decided to defer some of the options. I'd like to give a shoutout to the folks at Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis. We had some damage to our garage door that ended up being a simple fix. Instead of installing a new lower section for about $1,000, technician Matt took about 15 minutes to get things back into place and didn't charge me a dime! There wasn't even any charge for them coming to the house. I highly recommend Precision if you ever have any issues with your garage door!
