I was impressed with how quickly I was able to make an appointment. The 2 hour time window was very convenient while waiting for the technician and they showed up on time. Pat was knowledgeable and kind, was able to answer my many questions and replace my opener quickly and professionally. He helped me set up the keypad and the app before he left too. He did a great job and I will be using this company for any further garage door/opener issues in the future.

We had a spring break on our garage door Saturday night late. Our daughter recommended that we call Precision. Called on Sunday about 4pm and it was fixed by 1:30pm Monday. Can't bet that for fast repair. We were very pleased with Ryan our tech. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of his work.

Austin came out to diagnose the garage door issues I was having (loud clanky noises, not opening all the way up). He did a great job of figuring out the issues, providing different options to fix/replace motor/parts and installing everything timely. He also helped me reprogram the garage door opener on my car. I would recommend using Precision Garage Door.

Excellent service They responded quickly. Pat was the serviceman who came. He was very polite. He looked at the damage and said he would give me three options and I could decide which would be best..I chose the first he said it would take about and hour he was right. He offered to wear the paper shoes. I told him that wasn’t necessary. Great Company would definitely use them again.

I recently requested a quote for garage door opener/garage door repair service from Precision Garage Door Service and based on the response time to my estimate request, estimate detail and site visit scheduling, I gave Orlando the go ahead for the project. He set expectations for the project start to finish which were exceeded every step of the way. Orlando, the lead tech on the project, was masterful in designing, engineering and executing the project requirements. Although Orlando committed to completing the project in a specified period of time, I was shocked - based on the job requirements - when he did exactly that. And a plus, Orlando actually left the job site in better condition than when he found it.
