I was thoroughly impressed with Elliot's service. I had a broken spring, second time on a 20-year old door. He pointed out several additional things that were worn as a result of age. At no point did I feel as if he was pressuring me into anything. More importantly to me, he spent a lot of time talking with me and answering my questions, letting me come to my own conclusions. Excellent job!

Your service installed garage doors on townhouse for developer 20 years ago. Though I am sole owner of townhouse all these years, hate to admit never had tune-ups/check this whole time. Original installation was great and only recently noticed doors opening/closing noisily, seemed out of balance, etc. This a.m. I nicked side of garage with car leaving and garage door would not close fully. When called you to fix, tech (Joey) arrived just 1.5 hour later and assessed situation: motors on both doors still ok but many of the other parts on last leg, and found cause of door closing problem. I elected to fix various moving parts figuring it was a matter of time before things were going to stop working. Joey worked all day in the cold, explained thoroughly what he was doing, got the fixes made. His workmanship excellent and answered all my questions. Thank you for coming out so quickly, staying with it all day in the cold, and extending the life to the older system here. Excellent work!

He took his time, explained ALL of the options available for what we needed and did not pressure us into buying anything we didnt need. His professionalism was 100% and he is a very good representative for your company. We needed a little bit of work to be done but he was timely in his arrival and took his time to ensure the job was done right the first time. We found your company via a television commerical last night and it just felt like your company would be good to work with and we were right. Last working day of 2023 our garage spring snapped around noon. Called Precision and Elliott was at our house by 3pm. He went over all components and told us what should be replaced. Repairs were not cheap but price was fair and well explained. I would recommend Precision if you suddenly need prompt garage door repairs.

We wanted a local tech. The lady on the phone was very nice, polite and patiently answered our concerns. The time offered was perfect. Orlando was clean, courteous, thorough and after inspection explained the issue. He offered choices and answered questions. He completed the work over an above, ensuring quality. He cleaned up everything and took away the debris. He was not rushing an made sure not to skip any detail. We highly recommend them!

Garage door spring broke on Saturday evening. Went online and scheduled for Sunday morning. Also New Years Eve Day for service appt. Technician Drew T arrived as scheduled. Analyzed the issue. Presented and explained a repair plan and answered any questions that we had. Agreed to that plan and Drew professionally went about his work to repair the broken door and leave us in great shape in a very short time, with parts from the truck. Cannot speak any higher of this company and their people. Would definitely recommend Precision to everybody who needs garage door service of any kind!!!!! Fabulous work !!!!
