You guys came back and fixed a mechanical issue on a door after earlier doing a repair. That fix was not even part of the warranty but you fixed it without a charge. Thanks so much! Appreciate your professional manner and excellent service.

Great work by Andrew! Very personable. Told me everything that needed addressing with my garage doors and the options associated with each item. Not pushy at all. Appreciate it. New motors and equipment (springs, cables, and rollers) make my doors move smooth as glass No more banging and clanging. Highly recommend Precision!

No reason to stress nor rush into any decisions. Definitely a recommendation from me in case you ever have to find someone for your garage door needs.

I used Precision One a few years ago and was pleased with the services so I’ve decided Precision One is my “go to” company for garage door needs. My Service Technician today was Brandon, a very pleasant person who provided sound advice helpful to my decision making process. The items I purchased aren’t listed below as options but I purchased and had installed a strut and a couple of hinges. Thank you, Brandon.

Our technician was Drew and he was awesome. He walked through everything he was going to do and then walked me through the job once he was done. He spent the day reworking existing door hardware on six doors and installed two new openers on two doors. Wouldn’t think of contacting another company after working with Drew!

Precision was recommended by a former employee of one of your competitors. He stated that Precision was "hands down" the best & most reliable company in the field. I called on Saturday morning in need of a garage door opener replacement. By noon, Jeff was at the property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to "upsell". It was extremely hot, but he worked right through it and had the opener replaced, door sealer installed and even replaced 3 hinges that were cracked on the door itself. Cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the job Precision and Jeff did for us. I will not go with any other garage door company, based on the job that was done this past weekend. Thanks Again!

My service technician, Joey H., was absolutely professional, explained everything clearly, performed an excellent job in replacing all that I asked for and what was also advised by him-the expert!! He did this on a day when it was well above 90 degrees with a high heat index, completed the service efficiently and made sure the work area was clean of debris. I highly recommend Precision!!
