Very good experience with both the person that did the estimate and installer. Everything was clean and professional and installer did a very good job. We were having trouble with our garage door opener working properly. We reviewed the options and selected Precision Garage Door. They were timely on getting to us to diagnose the problem. The solution was a new garage door opener. They had the part on the truck and were able to install it within 2 hours. Colin K was our repair technician and he explained the options and led us to the correct solution. He explained how to use the new opener and was very patient with us.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work that Joey did today not to mention his knowledge of garage doors and door openers. My opener quit working several months ago apparently from a lightning strike but Joey had the board and rpm sensor on his truck ready to install!! Hats off to Joey!! Brock came out to assist with a new MyQ video camera set up as we were having issues getting it to sync with our iPhones (along with our new Liftmaster garage door opener) and totally went above and beyond in helping us to get things resolved. The MyQ app allows us to control the camera and garage door from anywhere now, but he stayed until we finally got things to connect properly which took much longer than expected as he was extremely patient and understanding in helping us to finally get this accomplished. :) PS: I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone and now a true customer for life thanks to Brock!!

I called Precision because the other two companies I called were scheduling 2 weeks and 1 week into the future. Precision said they could replace my garage door opener, track, spring and rollers the same afternoon that I called. Their pricing fell in between the other two companies, but the timing was what sold me. Tony D was my technician. He was timely, knowledgeable and polite. He inspected all 3 of our garage doors and made recommendations for each. Since only one door was a problem for us at the time, I requested parts, including an upgraded spring, for just that particular door. He got the job done quickly and helped us re-program a car remote and an exterior, wireless remote keypad for the new opener. The new opener is smoother and quieter than the other two doors, even though they are relatively new too. I would strongly recommend Precision and will be using them again as needed.

Today I purchased and had 2 Genie garage door opener’s installed. Colin my service technician was on time as promised, in fact earlier than what I had scheduled online. Colin assessed my needs and explained the availability of equipment. The job was performed in a timely manner and fashion, all the features were explained to me upon completion. When completed clean up was a 10, everything was perfect. I will continue to use Precision Doors in the future!

Precision came out mid winter to fix a broken garage door for my Mom so I called them to do a check up of my garage door. Brock arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and pointed out some repairs that needed to be done to avoid a similar fate to my mom's door.

We were recently in Florida on vacation and a family friend was watching our house and dogs in Indianapolis while we were gone. In the middle of our trip, we received a call from our house sitter that the garage door openers all quite working. We tried walking her through a possible reset, but that didn't work. I then called Precision Garage Door from Florida and they scheduled a technician for the very next day. Unfortunately, they called during the next day to cancel the scheduled & urgently needed technician for repair. They then rescheduled another technician for the following day (48 hours after the original call). As it turned out the technician that eventually arrived, Marquis, was extremely prompt & professional. He called me directly several times with updates and was able to make the required repairs within approximately 90 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with Precision thanks to Marquis.

Brock did a great job renovating our garage door. He replaced the rollers and spring and it went from creaky loud to smooth quiet. I believe it has lengthened the life of our garage door and the opener.
