I had previous outstanding service from Precision several years ago and called them again because of that. Once again,, expectations were exceeded.Josh called to let me know he was close and upon arrival analyzed the situation quickly. He provided two options for repair. When asked which he would chose if it was his door, he explained why he would go with option A based on my situation. In order to complete the repair, I needed to get a car out of the garage space but the battery was dead. Josh gave me a jump and watched the car while it ran in the driveway. He quickly corrected the problem with the door and explained how to make sure I got the most time out of the equipment installed. Josh was kind and professional and very helpful with the decision. Can't say enough good things about him

I'm completely satisfied with the work and information provided by Mike today. I suspected a fatal flaw in my current door opener. Mike's thorough inspection revealed a key component that was worn beyond repair. Mike fielded my many questions as we discussed several new door opener options. After which, I was able to make a confident choice of opener and he installed the new opener promptly and methodically. This is my first time using "Precision". They couldn't have a better guy than Mike representing their brand. 5 STAR

KEVIN U gets a 5 STAR for going above and beyond. I provided review on your Google option. Kevin arrived promptly, could see the problem, determined the fix. Kevin also lubricated all hinges after listening to the door go up and down from the garage door opener, and also listened to the door go up and down without the garage door opener. Kevin installed new REMOTE garage door opener - allowed me to open from the outside as if I just got home. Kevin found a small nail protruding on the east side causing a rub and also a small nail on the west side. Kevin took the time to share where the program button was on the garage door opener, if needed in the future. BILL

I’m having a huge garage sale tomorrow and I came home today and my garage door would not open. One of my springs broke. My neighbor gave me Precisions number, and I called at 11am and Josh was at my door 35 minutes later. Josh was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and gave my golden retrievers all the pets. He checked out our whole garage door and he informed my husband and I about some issues with our door that we were unaware of(it’s original with the house and some of the parts that had been replaced were not correct and causing issues). This was an unexpected expense and he let us know what we needed to replace and what we could hold off on. He worked quickly and I was able to get to my afternoon appointment in plenty of time. Outside of the fact that unexpected expenses are never fun, the whole experience with Josh and Precision Garage Doors was great. I highly recommend them, and we will use them again in the future!

The updates via text and call when Austin was en route were appreciated. Austin's personable, respectful, and polite demeanor stood out during his inspection, where he identified additional components needing replacement due to severe wear and tear. I had good things about you and, researching your website and other referrals, I decided to try you for installation of our two car and additional single car garage doors and one motor for the two car door. We have been so impressed with the insulation properties of the doors and the quiet performance of the Genie door opener that, when we decided to get the single car door opener replaced this year along with an annual tune up of both doors, we didn't look anyplace else. Owen, the technician, was extremely courteous and highly skilled and neat. Everything looks and operates wonderfully. Thanks a second time, Precision Door!

I would highly recommend Precision. We had an accident with our garage door early this morning. I called and was greeted by Angie. She was fantastic! Got us on the schedule for same day service between 8 and 10 AM. The service tech called me at 8:15 saying he was on his way. Joey arrived and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a complete assessment of the situation and explained in detail about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. By 10:15 the job was complete. We could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you Angie and Joey. You both are great ambassadors for Precision.

Our technician, Royal F, arrived on time, was professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with the garage door opener and repaired it quickly, too. He inspected and lubricated the hinges & track. Then, he helped me install the WiFi app for remote operation. He did a great job.

Ryan was fantastic! He was very nice and courteous! He called before arriving so I had time to move our cars out of the garage. We discussed the issue and he went right to work and fixed my garage door! 10/10 would recommend Precision! Great company!

Garage door spring broke and left us unable to open the door. I was able to schedule an appointment and same day, RJ was out to perform the fix. He was on time, courteous and thorough. I felt well informed when he reviewed the estimate for replacing the spring and a few other items that he brought to my attention.
