We were impressed with the knowledge of repairs vs new products that Kevin had along with his ability to give its the most "bang for our buck" with our decision to replace our old equipment (track system opener) and bring our older garage door up to standards for it's weight and size. He and his apprentice were pleasant to have around for the entire afternoon of repair and installation. We felt that he had our best interests in mind. Service date: 5/26/23

We were preferred to Precision by another customer. I’m glad we went with them. The technician, Ryan, arrived on time within the provided window and gave a call 15 minutes prior. He was extremely knowledgeable about the needed repairs and any future repairs we may run into. He was also very transparent with the pricing of everything and answered all of our questions. Will definitely only use Precision for all of our garage door needs from now on.

The Technician was very knowledgeable about the problem that I had with my garage door opener & after the thorough checking it out found that it was not fixable due to the age of my old opener so he was able to install a new Genie garage door opener in a relatively short amount of time & we appreciated his quick service & informative information he gave us about the new opener.

Hi, Mandy answered my call. I ask if anyone was around to get a estimate; she asked for what services I told her on a spring and she gave me a price right then.Doesn't usually happen like that most times someone else has to call you back, well done. We've had issues with our garage door not closing intermittently. We had two other companies come out to assess the situation and only ended up doing a tune up. Mike came out and immediately identified several issues that were a problem with the initial installation. He gave us a couple different options, the cheaper being to replace sensors and to provide some additional hardware for stability. It worked! It sounds so much different and closes without fail every time. So happy!
