Called to have service done on a Saturday, after our garage door stopped working on us. Scheduling was super easy. Our technician, Scott M. was exactly on time, and fixed everything that day, after thoroughly explaining all of our options, and answering all of our questions. Fantastic service. Ian, an employee for Precision Overhead Garage Door, called 15 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. He presented options for both my garage doors and we discussed what would be best. He accomplished replacing needed parts on both doors in approximately 2 hours. Very satisfied with his work!

Andrew was great. He discovered the problem right away which was pretty serious. He fixed it fast and showed me exactly what it was. The door hadn’t been serviced for quite awhile and he advised me what I should do in the future. But since he was there I decided to let him go ahead and do the future stuff the same day. Great service. Friendly repairman.

The main spring broke and I found precision on the internet. I called yesterday afternoon and they said they would have a tech here between 8am and 11 am today. Nick showed up at 9am and we reviewed the problem. The springs and other parts were probably over 20 years old. We debated over the extent of the needed repairs and I chose to replace almost everything. Nick did a great job and was very courteous. In closing conversation I told him that I had graduated from Culver Military Academy and it turns out that his wife graduated from Summer Camp at culver. I would highly recommend Precision and Nick to anyone in need of their services.

The Precision Team, Eric and Brandon were knowledgeable and efficient and gave us total confidence in their abilities. We received an impressive, detailed text when they were on their way. Also, the service call was made the day after we called to request service. It is so nice to deal with professionals who really know what they are doing and know their business. Precision is very lucky to have Eric and Brandon on their team. Also, they were personable and courteous and diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. In addition, they made the repairs efficiently. If ever needed, we would definitely use Precision again, we highly recommend them!
