A spring in my garage broke in 20 degree weather causing the garage to not open. I quickly contacted Precision Garage Door via their online portal. My request was approved and I was communicated with confirming my appointment as well as with all updates. My technician, Joey H was friendly, knowledgeable, precise and professional. He was timely with his work and kept me updated thru the repair process. Within hours of his arrival he had my garage up and running with confidence.

Had a very old opener replaced and a total overhaul of door parts done by Zeke. He was very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job. The gentleman that helped me (cannot remember his name) was very helpful, well know ledged, and all around a nice guy. I found out the problem was the board and crank? Anyhow ended up just getting a new motor. He explained everything in great detail and I knew what I was paying for as he did it. I even got a few discounts! Anytime in the future, anyone that has a problem with their garage door and I tell them to go to Precision service!

He did not try to sell me on things I didn't need, and he was very thorough in his explanation of the potential issues I might see in the future. We had a fantastic experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Our technician, Zeke, was prompt, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Our garage door, which was originally installed in 2013, had some normal wear and tear, plus a broken spring. Zeke took the time to thoroughly explain the issues, showing me the signs of wear on the door and its parts. He also provided clear, honest options for repair, including a "Band-Aid" solution, a middle-of-the-road fix, and a full rebuild with a breakdown is cost. We went with the middle of-the-road fix with premium parts, and Zeke had our door fully rebuilt in just one hour! 1 year parts warranty was explained. He was on time, and even called 30 minutes before arrival to give us his ETA.

Other than a broken spring back in 2013, our garage door opener was not a problem for 20 years until a couple days ago. At that time there appeared to be a sensor problem. Cole P arrived very early in the appointment window. He was friendly and personable and spent about 20min assessing our whole system. He showed me the control board showing significant wear and we decided to replace the opener, sensors and springs after fully reviewing our options. Work was done efficiently and we now have peace of mind as we enter the winter.

Wow! When the spring on our garage door broke I called Precision and they were here within an hour. They had originally installed the doors 8 years ago and did great work. This review is given by an industrial journeyman electrician of over 40 years and a DYI'er most of my life. I don't give 5 stars to contractors of any sort. They are a business and the first order of business is the bottom line. Customer interest is second. After numerous attempts on my part to get the opener to program, I gave up and found Precision on google maps close by me. They're 5 star ratings convinced me to call. Long story short: I'm happy with the outcome tho it came at sticker shock cost. Suggestion: explain to the customer what was done to solve/fix the problem.
