Precision Garage Door Service exceed our expectations! We were having issues with our garage door opening and found them through a google search. They were able to get us in early the next morning. I appreciated the text message introducing our technician to us prior to his arrival as well as his phone call. My technician came out and was really helpful. He was understanding about the misunderstanding I had with the scheduler and handled it well. He answered all my questions and even programmed our car remotes to the new garage door opener. He even went out of his way to make sure my floor was clean after he finished by offering to sweep it up before leaving.

I used Precision Garage Door Service because my son in law used them and told me they were professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and fixed his problem. I requested service this morning and Precision was on site same morning. Matt did a good job. Matt was courteous and professional and fixed our problems. Mostly importantly Matt's attitude was problem solving and he did not give up figuring out our problems then fixed them. Applying your standard service call fee to my bill as a credit if the repair was over $100 tells me your are confident in your work and fair to customers. Committing to being on site same day also tells me your are committed to your customers.

The technician, Royal, was right on time and did an amazing job figuring out “something I had never heard before.” After several minutes listening and looking, he decided lubrication and the tightening of a couple of bolts was the remedy. Well, it worked! No more strange noises.

I have an old garage (built in 1926) and one of the springs on the door is broken. I only use it for storage because it's very small. I called your company because I know that old buildings are not necessarily "standard size" and thought a larger company would be more likely to have the part and be able to repair it. Issac W came out and took a look. I was not surprised that the part was not in stock but could possibly be ordered. I asked about replacement. He gave me solid advice on repairing and on replacing. After talking to him, I am reassessing what I want to do with this garage. Issac was a very kind, polite, professional young man. I appreciated his patience with an old lady. Your company is lucky to have him on your crew. Thank you for the fast response.

My experience with everyone, which was 4 different individuals, was awesome! From the very begining scheduling a free estimate to installation. The team was professional, responsive, and provided great customer service! I especially loved the texts that gave more about each team member we encountered! Such a nice personal touch. I called Precision Door on Thursday as our garage door started acting funny and would not stay closed. A tech was scheduled on Friday to come to determine the problem. A hardware failure on the door prompted the need to replace the door by the technician-Teddy who was very informative and did an outstanding job replacing both of the door openers and setting up them up with the new opener devices and the software application to our phones. Special "thank you" to Teddy for a job well done and getting us back up and running without any issues.
