I recently had my garage door not work. I called Precision and they were able to get an appointment the very next day. Mike Keeley was my technician and was an enormous help. He provided me options based on my wants. He was able put in a new opener the same day. I highly recommend Mike!

Excellent rating on computer search, a mailer I had in file, and close to my location. Door closer was not functioning for down travel. Repairman Mike arrived within an hour, was able to correct the problem with my opener, completed an inspection, lubricated the door components, and adjusted the travel. He was exceptionally courteous and at the same time thorough, and is an excellent employee.

I saw the truck in my neighbors driveway and went over to investigate. I found they were getting an new garage door opener installed. I had been considering an opener replacement and after talking with the technician, I was SOLD. I had the opener installed the next day and could not be more pleased. The product was explained and the ratings shared. The installation was seamless, quick, clean and complete. Needed repairs were made, my cars were programmed, the internet interface was in full working order and nothing was left to question. Mike fixed an out-of-line rail which was causing a loud squeak when the door closed. Inspected everything, and lubricated bearings and wheels. He called when he was available early, which was great with me, and cleared my afternoon. I purchased my door from them 10 years ago, and it still looks great.
