First off let me say that my experience with Precision Garage Door was 6 stars not 5. My Technician Patrick was simply outstanding. He spent the better part of Saturday Evening (before Easter Sunday) making repairs to my garage door. He refused to leave it as good enough, and spent the extra time and effort to make sure that it was fixed properly before leaving. I am a customer for life, and can say without reservation that I will recommend them to any of my friends need repairs. Thank you!

I was impressed with how quickly I was able to make an appointment. The 2 hour time window was very convenient while waiting for the technician and they showed up on time. Pat was knowledgeable and kind, was able to answer my many questions and replace my opener quickly and professionally. He helped me set up the keypad and the app before he left too. He did a great job and I will be using this company for any further garage door/opener issues in the future.

Excellent service They responded quickly. Pat was the serviceman who came. He was very polite. He looked at the damage and said he would give me three options and I could decide which would be best..I chose the first he said it would take about and hour he was right. He offered to wear the paper shoes. I told him that wasn’t necessary. Great Company would definitely use them again.

This was our second time using Precision Door, both times needing immediate help. Alicia was super helpful and considerate. She went above and beyond. The garage door springs broke first thing Monday morning trapping our cars in. I went on-line to schedule an appointment and the springs were replaced by lunch!
