Eric did a wonderful job! He showed me the parts that needed to be repaired and explained the reason why. He didn't oversell, which pleased (and surprised) me. I feel Eric was honest with me about what all should be repaired and what didn't need repairing. He mentioned a price before starting the repair, but when I told him I received a lower quote from the person on the phone (the Sunday answering call center), Eric said he would honor their price. Again, that pleased (and surprised) me. I am very happy I chose Precision for my repairs. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism shown by Precision. I called in on Wednesday and they were here at 8:30 a.m. just as they told me they would be. Being self employed myself for over 35 years, it is hard to find anyone anymore who actually does what they say they will do and actually cares about the customer. I thought I was a dying breed but Precision Doors showed me they still have the great work ethic and consideration for their customers that seems to be a thing of the past for most businesses. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Very satisfy with the job this guys did, they arrived when they said they would. Very professional and clean work, they fixed the garage door motor opener, also they replace the spring and the cables. They replaced some of the hardware, and they did it fast, however they showed to me what they did and they proved that they did it right, (because I was little skeptical) I asked them a lot of questions. Overall I am very satisfied with this company.

Close by and prompt excellent service. The technician explained everything they found and gave me options to repair/replace parts on my garage door. The spring had broken and bearings were worn out. He was not pushy, explained the facts and let me decide. I only gave 4 stars because the pricing seems high but the technician and his work is 5 stars. Oh also, his personal appearance and behavior were both professional, felt very safe letting him into my home.

I chose Precision because you were listed on the Overhead Door website and had 24 hour answering service. My garage door broke at night. The answering service was very polite and promptly scheduled my repair in less than 24 hours. I had immediate email confirmation. The technician called before arriving. He was very professional.
