My name is Carl Barnett. Recently had a full equipment replacement for my garage. Technician is Kole S. I am writing this review based on the service he provided on my repairs. I want to commend him on his professionalism in, and expertise he displayed during the repairs he performed. What I really appreciated was the fact that he ensured to keep me informed on the progress of the service he was providing. From the very beginning to the end of the job, he kept me updated of his progress, let me know if there was any additional issues I should be aware of, and recommended and offered options to any additional work may arise in the future. Kole took the time to ensure I was informed on how the new equipment worked and even took the time to assist me in setting up the app on my phone to operate the opener remotely. Kole gave me a approximate time that the work was going to be completed, he took a little while longer but it was understandable due to finding other issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I am very impressed with this young man's work and professionalism. Please inform him of the appreciation I have for his job well done. He gave me a QR code to send a review of his service, but I wanted to address it personally. Very satisfied, and to let you know that your company was well represented that day. Well done Kole, you are the man. Thanks again!

Kole Sizemore, a very nice young man, just left after installing a new garage door opener and new springs. I called Precision because your company worked on the door itself in 2008 and all has been well ever since, so I trust you. I was very surprised at the company's fast response to my call and want to thank you for sending this evidentially very competent and courteous installer.

Kyle S. Called to introduce self, ask, where he should park upon arriving. He was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot any problems, without any pressure to sell me anything. His clean up was better than mine. Would recommend him or his company for garage door issues.

First of all, the same day service was important to me. The technician that came out, Kole S., was absolutely wonderful - polite, concerned for the customer's welfare, skilled, etc. Although in the end I will need a new garage door, he made the wreck I had made of my old one look respectable while I wait for the new one to be installed - which, in my neighborhood, is important. He took his time, a perception which is so important to any customer, making me feel as if my garage door problem was important to take care of. Five star? No, ten!

I sent a review after Kole serviced my garage door but forgot to put in a very important detail, he saved me over$1700. He was having a horrible time with trying to get my phone app and garage door to connect. This process including a phone call to the manufacturer took 2 hrs . This young man was amazing. This is your guy if you need anything done with your garage door
