Joel is just an amazing repair man! He installed the door opener a few years back and today fixed the garage door due to some guy hitting our house and garage! Please make sure he is compensated for such a great job!

Vladimir was great! He was on time, gave my system a complete examination, advised necessary fixes and was considerate about my senior, limited budget. I feel that he cared about me as his customer. He went over all charges and made sure I understood what all had been done and what might be needed in the future, as my budget allows. He even helped me change my garage overhead light bulb since I have had knee replacements. I am unable to get on a ladder. Many thanks for the wonderful experience!

On a Friday evening our garage door quit working, Precision was able to be out there the next morning. Vladimir was great - nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me options on repairing the garage door and we figured out what we wanted to do and he got started right away. I don't think the garage door and opener has EVER been that quiet; we ended up having to have quiet a bit replaced. I will call again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Wow! When the spring on our garage door broke I called Precision and they were here within an hour. They had originally installed the doors 8 years ago and did great work. Vlad did a great job diagnosing the issue, providing a quote and getting the repairs made quickly (and in freezing cold weather!). We truly appreciate the super fast service. The reason i gave them a 2 is because when i called into the office i was told they would have someone out the same day between 4-6 pm. It wasnt minutes later that they called back and said they didnt have a technician available and coulnt get back to us until Thursday between 4-6pm. This was the second time they told me this. Very frustrating that they say they can come out same day but reschedule after we make an appointment. After a few minutes on the phone they happen to find a service tech that could be here the same day from 4-6 and they got here at 3

A couple years ago, the main springs on our garage door broke. I heard an ad on the radio for Precision, and that they could get someone out to fix it the same day. They did, and it was great. So when our garage door opener finally died, I called Precision back. Again, they sent someone the same day, and Vladimir did a fantastic job. He presented great options, and really worked with us to overhaul the system, but keep what we could of the original equipment to keep the cost down. We are very happy with Precision (and Vladimir)'s work!
