My technician and I’m horrible with names so I don’t remember his name sorry. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He was on time and did a fabulous job fixing my garage door. I was very pleased with work. I had to have him come back out and adjust the close a little bit and there was no charge. I will definitely use Precision for all my garage door needs.

Andrew was the tech who came out. First, he was on time, very professional. After assessing the problem (of course the problem I was experiencing did not occur.) He presented several options. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed. There was no pressure in making this decision.

Had a cable break on one side of my garage door. The technician, Martin D., explained everything that needed to be done. On a limited after Christmas budget, I w as s able to get both cables replaced, 3 bearings replaced and everything lubed and adjusted to perfection. Joel was very cheerful on a frigid January morning! He clearly described what was likely needed with our door repair and gave me options with estimates. I felt confident that he would do what I asked and respected the option that I chose. The door was repaired and it worked out better than expected! He also offered to check the other two doors to see that they were working well and gave us recommendations for things he felt should be addressed in the near future.
