I was extremely satisfied with the current work performed by Kevin from the Precision team. Kevin was quickly able to diagnose my issue. He was very detailed in explaining to me the root cause of my problem and he had my door operational in minutes. He also was informative on other recommendations for my garage door. He was courteous and professional. He was nice enough to educate me on the many facets of my garage door and its moving parts for which I appreciated.

Unfortunately the technician, Tyler Galloway, came during the most hectic time of the week. He was incredibly courteous and professional. Due to a misunderstanding on our end, he was asked to put in some extra work that had not been anticipated. He displayed superior customer service skills in explaining the needs, the extra cost, and the benefits all up front prior to beginning the extra work. This enabled the educated decision to be made right then and there. He even had the extra parts necessary on hand! Overall, Tyler exceeded our high expectations in every way possible. We will definitely be giving you a call should anything else come up.

Had a broken spring, called on Saturday and Precision showed up on Monday morning. Very timely. Walked me through a couple of other worn parts and fixed a hinge that had been repaired poorly before by another provider. Our technician showed up right at the appointment time, and looked at all of the components first. He then explained how the door operates and gave options and prices for recommended repairs.
