I called to get a new key pad for garage door, because mine was not working correctly. Call center said sure they have those on their truck. Well tech showed up no keypad and said they are backordered and may or may not be in. The tech maybe spent 4 min. rebooting keypad I have and it worked and had to pay 88.00! I am just not happy wanted a new key pad and you didn't have and if it came in the tech said I would be charged another trip charge and key pad charge.

They offered to come out within a few hours when I contacted them however I had them come the next morning. The Tech was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the options and the different motors that were available with him in his truck. Will definitely use them again if something comes up.

My garage door was a mess and finally shut down with my car stuck inside. I live in a condo complex and have had work done in the past, but nothing like what I experienced today. Royal is by far the best technician I have had for this door. He is kind, considerate, and really knows about garage doors. He explained all that was bad and what he had to do to make it right. After he was done, Royal showed me all the bad parts and why they were bad. Thanks to him, I must now have the best garage door in the complex, and would definitely recommend Garage Door repair and Royal.....a real professional.

After reading manuals and watching YouTube videos, I still couldn't get the garage door transmitter in our new car to talk with our 25-year-old operator. Royal arrived at the agreed-to time and performed his magic to make it work, using techniques that aren't in the manuals! He also inspected and lubed the door and operator. Well done!

Starting with the friendly demeanor of the technicians, to the thorough communication about the process, to the diagnosis of the problem, to the choices presented on how to fix the problem. Excellent service from Precision tech, Royal. Had to have my garage door re-wired due to my dog chewing the wire. Royal explained everything to me and also showed me the censor damage prior to doing the work and answered all my questions. His professionalism was outstanding. I contacted Precision after reading the great comments on BBB and as I was reading Precision's commercial came on. Well, that put the icing on the cake. After work was completed to still went over everything. Would definitely recommend this company and planning on calling them back for any future issues. DB

The technician was super nice. The problem I have is your company was out to fix the door on November 28, 2022. It has broken down with the same problem!! If it wasn’t fixed properly and broke in a years time, I don’t feel I should have to pay for something that hasn’t held up. They have screwed in nails/screws whatever into a spot that there is no stud and it is flimsy dry wall and it’s to hold???? A year later tech now has put in more nails/screws to make it hold in the same area. I don’t want this done free don’t get me wrong. I just thought it wouldn’t have cost me that much to fix the problem again.
