My recent dealings with Precision Garage Door were due to some “strange” sounds. The technician, Royal, was right on time and did an amazing job figuring out “something I had never heard before.” After several minutes listening and looking, he decided lubrication and the tightening of a couple of bolts was the remedy. Well, it worked! No more strange noises.

Came out same day as my request. Tony D. got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time on a very hot day. Communication was clear and questions were answered. 10/10 would recommend this service. I had to call PGD back due to a new issue I had with my door after service. They were quick to send someone out the following day. Royal arrived on time and quickly helped diagnose the issue. Come to find out, a certain component had been installed incorrectly (back in 2014) and this was causing the issue with my door when it was raised. The issue had nothing to do with the previous tech. Royal re-installed the trouble piece the correct way and the issue has been resolved. I'm very thankful he came out to assist with this issue on a Saturday.

I chose Precision to install a new garage door, and I had bought a genie opener and they installed that as well. Had I used Precision to install one of their Genie openers, the metal rail would have been one piece and much quieter. Nonetheless, I had them install the green colored better springs and the sealed track rollers and they will likely last a super long time. Very pleased with their work which included programming our two phones to be able to open and close the door from anyplace! This eliminates the question of, "Did I remember to close the door when we left?" Our cell phones show the open or closed status of the door! The "opener repair" was only checking the battery which was OK and programming our phones.

I also want to say a special thank you and professionalism your technician Royal F. was handling the service of trying to fix my old garage door opener, he worked and his assistant worked tremendously hard to get my garage door working properly, but it turn out that my 23 year old garage door opener, just did have any life left, so we decided to get a new garage door opener. I feel bad that he missed out on making other calls and that my garage door was such a problem. My wife and I will continue to call on your company for any garage door issues in the future. Royal F has great customer relations and really cares for the customer, he’s an asset to your company.

Our technician, Royal F, arrived on time, was professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with the garage door opener and repaired it quickly, too. He inspected and lubricated the hinges & track. Then, he helped me install the WiFi app for remote operation. He did a great job.

I called to get a new key pad for garage door, because mine was not working correctly. Call center said sure they have those on their truck. Well tech showed up no keypad and said they are backordered and may or may not be in. The tech maybe spent 4 min. rebooting keypad I have and it worked and had to pay 88.00! I am just not happy wanted a new key pad and you didn't have and if it came in the tech said I would be charged another trip charge and key pad charge.

They offered to come out within a few hours when I contacted them however I had them come the next morning. The Tech was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the options and the different motors that were available with him in his truck. Will definitely use them again if something comes up.

My garage door was a mess and finally shut down with my car stuck inside. I live in a condo complex and have had work done in the past, but nothing like what I experienced today. Royal is by far the best technician I have had for this door. He is kind, considerate, and really knows about garage doors. He explained all that was bad and what he had to do to make it right. After he was done, Royal showed me all the bad parts and why they were bad. Thanks to him, I must now have the best garage door in the complex, and would definitely recommend Garage Door repair and Royal.....a real professional.

After reading manuals and watching YouTube videos, I still couldn't get the garage door transmitter in our new car to talk with our 25-year-old operator. Our service agent, Royal, was beyond fantastic! Our door broke in the evening, so we had an emergency on our hands. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. He quickly repaired our door and replaced the parts needed.
