Quick response. Although the problem with the noise as door raised did not happen while Andrew was here, we took care of some maintenance and replaced the springs. Have a plan of what to do next if noise returns. Andrew was very thorough and offered some options to consider on our aging garage door opening system. We ar we starting with the springs.

My garage door was a mess and finally shut down with my car stuck inside. I live in a condo complex and have had work done in the past, but nothing like what I experienced today. Royal is by far the best technician I have had for this door. He is kind, considerate, and really knows about garage doors. He explained all that was bad and what he had to do to make it right. After he was done, Royal showed me all the bad parts and why they were bad. Thanks to him, I must now have the best garage door in the complex, and would definitely recommend Garage Door repair and Royal.....a real professional.

Elliot was very kind and very professional! He took a look at the garage door and found the problem easily. Then, because we rent, he stayed around and took the initiative to call the property management to figure out what they wanted to do about fixing it. He also helped me get my car out that was trapped in the garage. I really appreciated the extra help and his patience. Unfortunately my rental company uses a different garage door servicer so we weren’t able to use him for the repair itself, but I highly recommend him and his company and will be using them if I have future issues on a property of my own!
