Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Several parts of my garage door unit were over 11 years old and needed to be replaced. Most important was the spring coil. Andrew did a wonderful job explaining why my garage door would open but not stay closed. He gave me a detailed quote of options available for repair today. He showed up on time and was able to make the repairs in one hour because all the parts were stocked in the Precision van. I was not expecting the cost to be so much, BUT if you calculate the expense for the 7 year warranty offered by Precision Garage Door, its a pretty good deal. I would recommend this company for any repairs. They have really good service and price on installing new garage door openers too.

I placed a schedule request on Sunday evening and Andrew was here first thing this morning. The issue I was having was quickly resolved and I chose to have some additional maintenance done. I had similar work done in 2009 and have been very pleased with the results. I look forward to another 16+ years of satisfactory performance from my garage door. Although we have limited time with the new install, our initial impressions are quite high. The technician was timely, thorough, explained what he had found, and laid out multiple options with pros and cons of each, without pushing any particular unit; he also detailed some future maintenance that we could have completed to further extend the lifespan of the unit. The door now operates far more smoothly and quietly than before, and the pricing did not seem particularly high based upon the work completed, the warranty offered, and a cursory review of standard pricing for this type of job. Although they did have to cancel our initial appointment due to unforeseen issues in another of their appointments, they were quick to get us in the following day.

I chose Precision based off of all the great reviews. I called to schedule an appointment and a technician was at my house the next day. Had a new opener installed along with some worn parts that needed replaced. The door is so quiet now I can hardly tell when it's being opened. I would like to say that Andrew S. did an excellent job! The reason I choose Precision Garage Doors was because of the advertising of not charging extra for holidays and weekends Also my sister recently had Precision out to fix her overhead door and she was very pleased I can’t over emphasize this, a person answered my call. Andrew did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. My only issue is that the rubber piece that fits on the bottom of the garage door was just replaced in May of 2023…I don’t think I should have been charged for another one…very disappointed! Thank you.
