Professional and competent serviceman who informed me of what did or did not need to be done. I appreciated the email confirming the appointment and also had pictures of the service staff plus letting me know who would be coming to my home. Our installer was Andrew, a very knowledgable,and polite young man. He pointed out a few problems that the door had, and fixed a couple of them, replaced the cheap rollers with nylon ball bearing rollers, repaired a bracket, and installed a remote keypad opener. I highly recommend him, and would request him should I need any assistance, or another opener.
