I looked at several companies and yours stood out to me. Easy to make an appointment online and here at the time requested. Technician was very professional. We thought it might be an easy fix, but we were wrong. It was the actual opener that was the issue. Installed a new opener in approximately 2.5 hours and all is good. I was very pleased with the work Precision Door did in repairing my garage door. The technician, Kalu, arrived on time, did a careful inspection of the door, and presented me with various options, from just replacing the broken spring, to replacing other parts too that were extremely worn. My tech today was Kalu F. I was provided regular updates on his arrival time. During his inspection of my garage door he inquired on what issues I was experiencing, patiently listened to my description and explained what he would be looking for. He did find a wear issue with the original (my home was built in 2006) cables and provided easily understood details of what repairs he recommended and the related costs. There was no pressure to perform the work now. However, I authorized the work which was completed during this visit. After the work was completed he explained exactly what was done, operated the door several times, completed a couple of adjustments, cleaned up afterwards and was done in a timely manner. During his visit he was polite, professional and thanked me for using Precision Garage Door Services today. I highly recommend his work.
