Honestly, I had never heard of Precision until our garage door spring broke Easter morning. AND to top it off we are moving in a few days, so we needed fast service. We chose Precision for their 24 hour call service and were able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was our technician and was very professional, informative, and personable. WE have had a lot of garage door work done...3 garage doors.....So issues do arise. Today Nick came out and fixed 3 small issues on 2 of the doors. He fixed them quickly and competently and then said "no charge"! Ahhhh! Customer service is not dead at Precision Doors!! I sincerely appreciate the help and the great attitude!!! Thanks Nick!

Having used Precision Door previously, I was not hesitant to call again to have them replace my garage door lifter. Nick Zatkoff, who arrived on time, took time to explain the various differences in door lifters and available options. After deciding on the final products, Nick completed the necessary work in an hours time. His other recommendations were appreciated and also accepted. All in all, great service.

This company provides truly amazing very high quality skilled service. Our repairs were done by Nick and Kevin. They were very knowledgeable and clearly understand the importance of timely repairs to garage doors that don't work. Service call was originally placed to repair broken door spring. After Technician, Nick Zatkoff, inspected my door, there was a few other repairs that he suggested to make. Nick was very thorough with his work and took care of my garage door and had it back up and running in a short period of time. Great Job !

We had a problem with the garage door opener; it worked from inside the garage but not from outside or from the car. The technician, Nick, identified what the problem was almost immediately and made the necessary adjustments. He arrived right on time and was friendly, courteous and helpful. I chose Precision because of the excellent web page and it is a BBB accredited business. I called the service desk at 12 noon and they said that they would have someone at my house between 3 and 5. At 3 they were there. The service tech was very nice and knowledgeable. I have installed garage doors with all of the attachments before (it is not easy) and to fix a broken spring would have taken me 1 to 2 days. They were there for less than 2 hours and did an excellent job, so I gave them + 5 stars. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Nick Zatkoff was great. He showed up during the time frame that the office told me. Nick inspected our garage door and how it was operating. Advised me on what he recommended be done. He showed me the options and discussed the benefits. After we decided what was to be done, he got right to work. He installed new springs, drums, cables, rollers and keypad He was very professional and quick with the repairs. He even remounted the door opener to be more secure. Thanks again.
