I was very impressed with their business. Unfortunately our double spring snapped and the whole spring system needed replaced. Garage door broke of course on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to speak to a real person and she talked me through disabling it so it would stay shut overnight. She also set me up with an appointment for the next day. The service tech was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it up and now it’s working just fine. Pricey, but isn’t everything these days?

My garage door broke yesterday. Precision was out to fix it within 24 hours. I have a degree in engineering, so I can tell you that my technician, Royal, offered an accurate explanation of what went mechanically wrong and what needed to be replaced. I've come across technicians from other companies who provide biased recommendations because they repeat the script offered to them. Not so here. Just honest facts. And I got options to decide from ranging in price, all of which would have fixed the problem but some which would increase up-front cost for lower future costs. Royal was extremely professional and courteous. I really want to stress that because for me, the quality of the technician makes a huge difference. If he's any indication of the kind of technicians that work at Precision, you will get someone with a great knowledge of the product and strong core values (family, honesty).

Our service agent, Royal, was beyond fantastic! Our door broke in the evening, so we had an emergency on our hands. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. He quickly repaired our door and replaced the parts needed. He discovered another small issue and gladly fixed it without charging me for his extra time to do it. Amazing company with great people!
