Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

I had a coil spring break on my garage door. I called Precision after looking at reviews online. Had an excellent experience. Our technician Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Would recommend him to anyone. He not only replaced the spring but also conducted a full inspection of my door and opener. He explained what all he found and what he recommended. There was no pressure. Which I really appreciated. Will be using this company again.

Quick response. Although the problem with the noise as door raised did not happen while Andrew was here, we took care of some maintenance and replaced the springs. Have a plan of what to do next if noise returns. Andrew was very thorough and offered some options to consider on our aging garage door opening system. We ar we starting with the springs.

My garage door was out of service due to a broken spring. I remembered hearing a commercial from Precision and decided to give them a call. Andrew arrived precisely at the appointed time and got right to work to take care of the broken spring problem. He was cheerful, professional, courteous and efficient. He also took care of some other issues with the garage door and now it operates like new. I recommend this company because of their professional attitude and concern for the customer.

Absolutely excellent service and equipment. The 20 year old garage door opener finally died from a shorted out transformer on the circuit board. In these days where it seems Customer Service has become an oxymoron, it is truly a pleasure to share that our experience with Precision Garage Door was extraordinary! Our expectations were exceeded in every sense! I backed into our garage door damaging the bottom quarter panel. I was fearing the worst thinking we would have to replace the entire door. We purchased the door and opener new right at five years ago from Precision. I called Precision and the next day Andrew S. from Precision arrived. He assessed the damage and shared he believed he could repair the door whilst salvaging the bottom quarter panel. He quoted us a price and shared that if his repair did not fix the door he would not charge us for the repair knowing we would have to replace the bottom quarter panel bottom quarter panel. Frankly, I was not optimistic, BUT I am thrilled to share his repair worked! Andrew S. was in and out in less than an hour! He was prompt, courteous, professional, personable, AND ethical. Even though we live in Anderson, without hesitation I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Indy and Andrew S.!
